I liked the beds, individual duvets and the breakfast buffet. It was close to anything you could need.

Came back after many years - the same high standard as in 2010 when visited 1st time. Still one of best breakfast in the world 👍

A great hotel!! The beds are like heaven you sink down like on a cloud. Very good layout of the room. Friendly people!! Old wonderful building. I’ll stay here again if I come to Västerås (instead of the steam hotel😊)

Had trouble making arrangements originally saying overbooking. Then tried again day later and was able to make arrangements. Very nice and clean.

Lovely hotel. We did experience a bad odor in the bathroom that they addressed when we brought it to their attention (from the shower drain?), but it seems odd the customer would have to note that (and it was back again to a lesser extent the next morning).

This is a great place right in the center of town. Great breakfast too.

No parking free. Had to find alternatives. Otherwise ok

My third time at the hotel. Staff were extremely friendly and welcoming. My only complaint was that the bed was extremely hard and sleep was not good.

Fantastiskt trevligt och fint hotell med suveränt bra läge i centrum. Nära till allt och superbra service. Även vovven våran blev väl omhändertagen :D

Bra hotell men alldeles för varmt. Vi hade fönstret öppet, men massa ljud kom från gatan. Bra frukost.

Bra som alltid även om frukosten blivit lite mindre. Vissa rum börjar bli slitna. Men rent och fräscht..

Mycket trevlig vistelse. Gillar charmen med gammal stil och där till bra service, goa sängar och en fantastiks frukost.
