A very good experience. A minor issue - Reception would benefit from having a bell or similar for use when the desk is not manned.

Location was great, right by the side of the main road and next to a petrol station with a shop we could walk to. Great for re-fueling before continuing our journey and buying some treats. Nice hotel room, clean and a comfortable bed. Man on reception was very pleasant and spoke perfect English which was helpful. Used the Swimming pool which would have been nice except one of the ladders was half hanging off and very dangerous, should have been removed or fixed. Pool and pool area generally very tatty which was a shame as it is nice to have it available. Nice bar and restaurant on site which was great for a reasonable breakfast and a couple of drinks in the evening. The main thing that let the stay down was the cleaner barging into the room at 10am after knocking and waiting less than a second before just letting herself in. Bearing in mind checkout was 12pm this was completely unacceptable, I dread to think what she could have seen/disturbed in other circumstances! Please give the staff more training. What should have been a relaxing lie in before a long journey was nothing of the sort. Would I stay again? Yes I would but I wouldn't bother with the pool and would advise I don't want people letting them into my room before checkout!

Nice stop right off the motorway. Good room. Nice restaurant and breakfast. Just don’t jump into the swimming pool, as it is only about 1m deep !!

Convenient location near motorway, manager Raul, a smashing helpful and very polite man. Oldish property but still very clean and tidy.

Everyone was friendly and the hotel is a great stopover

This is a great Roadside hotel. The rooms are very comfortable, good local bar and restaurant serving great food. Dogs are welcome and a good outside area to exercise them. Have stayed many times and will stay again.

Use this hotel to and from UK and Spain, so convenient just off the motorway. This is a lovely gem of a hotel, it has character and is charming. The restaurant menu is superb and the staff are so polite and friendly.

Next to a highway, no one in front desk for awhile on check in and check out, understaffed for sure hotel was empty perhaps just truck driver stay, restaurant food is mediocre, very mediocre but localization is is good. They can do better

We use this hotel frequently as our stopover between Mazarron and the ferry. It is about half way and just off the A1.It is dog friendly. You get a friendly welcome a quiet nights sleep in comfortable beds and a good siz d shower. Dinner and breakfast is available.

Stayed here for 1 night. Lovely large room with balcony and amazing views of the mountains. Had a wonderful meal roasted 1/4 of lamb, beautiful cooked with potatoes bread and wine eating outside on the patio, very memorable. Would like to thank the staff, the gentleman on reception and the waiter who served us with our dinner. Very polite, helpful and courteous. Will be using this hotel in the future.

Good all round

The rooms were dated,with limited plugs beside the bed at cabinet height. The single beds in my opinion were for short people or children,I have never slept in such a short bed,it ruined my night. I didn't complain I had already been moved from a hotel because it had no wi fi

Great convenient place to stay, very friendly, nice relaxed atmosphere, good quality rooms and Dog friendly too! Have stayed here many times and would always recommend.

It was easy to get to, parking was safe, food in the restaurant was very nice, staff friendly and helpful. Room and bathroom very nice.

Arrived late at around midnight and had a warm reception and booking in was completed very efficiently so that we could get to bed. A lovely spacious room with balcony overlooking pool area with mountains in the background. Breakfast was reasonably priced and just right before getting back on the road South.

Good location but there’s not much else there. A good quiet clean hotel.

Seemed a shame that our booking promised a step out balcony with view but we didn’t get this……
