這間飯店沒有每日清㓗房間的服務，所以例如像洗碗精的東西我們就要另外買 整體上是不錯的 我們訂的是一人房，但是他給兩人房 這樣客廳比較大是很好，但是另外一個房間是不能可是他們又沒有鎖起來，只放了一張警告的紙/如果使用兩間會加收錢 我會建議飯店直接鎖掉一間，以免有的人沒看到或者是看不懂或者是小孩子沒看到就在上面玩

整體來說是很棒的，唯一美中不足的地方是在停車場部份；沒有清楚的標示，也需要等保全人員開門才能進入，進入停車場後也不容易找到車位！ 其他的都挺完美，有機會還是會入住的。

地裡位置佳，走路約7分鐘可達中央車站，city及超市。三分鐘可達citycat。

對這家飯店真的很失望，舊又不乾淨，床單更離譜，腳底部分大蓋有2，30公分沒舖床單（不夠長）被子也太小，床單掀起來，床墊也有髒東西，沙發舊又髒，櫃臺人員態度也不好

ㄧ進飯店 客廳燈就不亮 打電話到櫃檯沒人接 而且打了好幾次 還要我親自下去跟櫃台人員說 冷氣開關壞掉 浴室洗完澡還會淹水流到客廳 太扯了

Great hotel with a very convenient location close to most offices. Always clean, comfortable, and the staff are consistently friendly and helpful. It is my base camp for Brisbane.

Clean and quiet on this occasion and lovely apartment but none of the remote controls worked so no fans or TV and reception needed me to go to them for batteries because it was after 8pm.

10mins away from Queen Street and all the eateries near Adelaide Street. Convenient location for those who loves shopping. Apartment in superb looking at the river, sunrises and sunsets. Highly recommended.

No “city view” was a view of a construction site that was right next door and loud all hours of the day. We had a 12 week old baby so that was a nightmare.

Room was Clean with a view of the river. Shops downstairs,small walk to restaurants.

Had a really lovely stay here, big comfortable bed with breathtaking views! The lady that checked me in was very friendly and helpful. No complaints here, would love to stay again!

weird conflict with residents and hotel operations. Signage is very clearly stating this is not a hotel, you have to provide a list of your guests visiting you as there is a quota. The reception staff know nothing about the surrounding area that a tourist would ask about, so unhelpful in that regard
