Tres ordinaire mais sympathique

Perfectly pleasant place which is well located near the station, It is handy for the tram to take you to the train musuem or the Car museum. We had the breakfast, which was was perfectly adequate buffet. The staff, particulary Harold who checked us in on the evening we arrived.were very helpful, and English was widely spokenThe room was pretty basic, a little tired, but clean with enough space for the 3 single blokes that made up our party but it could have used some decent sized glasses. No English channels on the TV. There are several reasonable restaurants situated close by as well as a carrefour local corner shop which is well stocked. No great issues at all, it's a cheap basic place.

Convenient for railway station and local trams.

A good hotel for a short stay. Clean, quiet (although we were way up in the 5th floor, so no street noise), and comfortable rooms. The reception is closed in the middle of the day which makes it difficult to leave your luggage if you need that. It was nice to be close to the train station.

Camera sporca e trascurata. Dopo due giorni senza che la camera venisse pulita abbiamo richiesto due asciugamani che ci sono stati concessi a fatica in quanto non parlavano bene l' inglese. Colazione scarsa e una mattina abbiamo dovuto attendere 20 minuti perché i tavoli erano tutti occupati

Left my stuff in storage apparently the only other person to enter after me didn’t rummage throw my stuff and steal from me. Staff tried to make me seem like I was the idiot in the situation her poo service if they did this in storage I would watch for your valuables in your room. No help no offer of some sort of here is a deal or money off your stay we regret something to keep a customer. It sucks being gaslight. Come here at your own risk

Our apartment was definitely a lot more dated than the one shown in the Hotels.com pictures, so that’s a bit misleading. Second room with the bunk bed actually had no window for example. However, for an overnight stop to accommodate five people I think the ResidHotel still offers good value. The apartment was clean and comfortable. The lad at reception could not have been more helpful, and the location is pretty good. We also used their secure onsite parking.

There was a strong pungent smell of damp in the room. The whole floor including corridor were full of smell. The toilet exhaust fan was not working. The minimum temperature for air conditioning was 21. The parking lights were not working. All night there were loud noises coming from different rooms and no body was available to take the complaints. Overall it was poor experience. I booked it for three nights but stayed there only one night. I complaint using the Expedia message but received no response of messages.

It is bare bones, but clean and quiet and a perfect location to explore Mulhouse

Nice hotel, very well equipped rooms

The location was amazing. The parking is limited so make sure to book asap. $10. The AC was great. . Tv was good. The bad.. the elevator was broke and we were on the 5th floor. They offered no discount or even free coffee.. we were told our room was ready 3 times and after walking up 87 steps up we find out its not. Down up down up.The laundry listed is in a basment dungeon that is wet and dark. It costs 4$. The check in time was listed at 4 but it was closer to 5. The shower is beat up and you have to hold up the hose to get your head.

Location and staff were good. Had to walk through a very dark parking area to get to hallway where room was located. The room was quite old looking but seemed clean enough. We had to purchase coffee, which would have been fine, however the electrical outlet in the kitchen didn’t work and when we moved the coffee maker to a different spot…the only bedside table, it would not actually make a cup of coffee. The heater in the bathroom would not create any heat, and the shower was only handheld.

Nice secure place within easy distance to ceter of town, resturants and tram.

Excellent stay in this residence close to the city centre. We came late and the staff was still available for the check-in. We did not take the breakfast
