Close to the port and city centre. Spacious room with a balcony. All staff I encountered made every effort to help us.

毫不夸张的说，这是这么多年在国外自己定了那么多酒店，性价比最高的一家！用了500块左右人民币的价格住到的。酒店新！所以设施和用品都干净整洁。位置好，就在海边，走步3分钟就到。离海边城堡、码头、汽车站步行都10分钟左右。城市小所以去市里步行也就10分钟。早餐非常丰盛，觉对推荐！海边有一排联排的餐馆，都是马路边上的餐馆联合在海边搭的，看海景好，价格便宜，味道也不错，也是推荐！酒店房间看外景倒是一般，不过偶尔角落还是可以看见海。10分！

We took a bus there from Chania and left for Santorini by ship ,so the distances to go to the main bus station and the port are far if you want to go there on foot.The breakfast is great and the staffs are nice and it's near the downtown area.

這酒店非常好!位置很近主要旅遊區.設施及服務都非常好.當中最好的是自助早餐!這是我見過最好的酒店早餐,選擇很多,但最重要的是質精.早餐有鮮榨橙汁供應,還有優質的果醬!光是早餐已值得入住!

Staff there help even better than the tourist information office! Give me a lot of suggestion on that place and also nearby town and all beaches info in the island. They also care about my feeling and did many great help to me, including upgrade my room to a big sea view room! Also good wifi, good breakfast, just location not close to bus station , but it's fine to me as the result is closer to the Aegean Sea!

Close to center of town with shopping and restaurants. Nice lobby. Bathroom was very small. Good water pressure. Room had a musty smell and I wasn’t able to move. View of water in pic was very misleading. Terrible view from balcony. Male checking in was helpful. Female at checkout abrupt. Felt they should have compensated me for room as I had asked for no scents. Not the first to complain of mustiness. Bad for allergies. Otherwise room was in good condition

This hotel was in a very convenient location. It was clean and the room was your “typical hotel room.” The breakfast buffet was very good. The pictures of the views presented online are not a fair representation of what the views from the rooms really are. Ours was overlooking a construction site and semi demolished building. I left some clothing hanging in the closet and within 24 hours the hotel had made arrangements for a courier to send them to my hotel in Chania for which I was very thankful. A good stay overall.

I would recommend this hotel for anyone who is looking for a quick stop in Heraklion. it is walkable to a lot of dining and shopping options. It is also very close to the port. We got to our fast ferry boat to Santorini super fast! The staff and service is okay. I was not fond of the front desk. They looked like they were always in a bad mood. Only one (night shift) was really nice. He made sure we had breakfast to-go for our early departure.

Wir hatten ein geräumiges Zimmer mit Terrasse im 5. Stock mit bequemen Betten und leiser Klimaanlage. Freundliches Personal, alles sauber, ausgezeichnetes, reichhaltiges Frühstücksbuffet, sehr günstiges Preis-Leistungsverhältnis und die ruhige aber dennoch zentrale Lage waren weitere Highlights.

Buona posizione vicino alle varie attrazioni del centro storico,bar, ristoranti e negozi. Camera standard e bagno molto piccoli, ma hanno tutto il necessario per un breve soggiorno. Colazione ottima degna di un hotel 4 stelle. Attenzione bloccano subito carta di credito con pre autorizzazione all'atto della prenotazione.
