We have stayed here several times. Good location and value for the money. Nice place to stay.

Walla Walla was a cute town. Super hot during our stay. Breakfast was excellent and filling. Glad hotel was near Fort Walla Walla for a quick morning walk.

Your beds are hard as hell and your breakfast sucks

Hotel has plumbing issues. No hot water for showers and toilet that runs and won’t flush. A refund is an appropriate response.

Check in was simple. Room was clean. Breakfast was good.

The room was fine, very clean. The staff was not great, we felt as if our presence was an imposition.

We left our hanging clothes in the closet, had to go back the next day for pickup as lost and found is not available when the service staff have gone home.

Good location, clean room

Everyone was super friendly and very helpful especially helping me with opening the heavy doors .The pool was very clean and inviting Thank you so much for allowing our fur baby. Rosie loved the dog treats. Just wished there was a little grassy area for her to do her business. I brought my own potty bags just incase I be needing them.The kind attendant recommended the near by dog park. It worked out just fine. Rosie was very happy she didn't have to soil your nice landscape rocks! Will definitely recommend your place to all our friends.Thank you for making our stay welcoming; During a stressful medical procedure.Thank you!

First night was not great, no extra blankets in closet, not enough towels. Room was cold that’s why we wanted blanket. After speaking with staff they went out of their way to make our stay more comfortable. I would give 5 stars for nights 2&3! Really loved the cookies!!

Staff was wonderful and friendly. Very clean. Great view of the blue mountains from my room on the third floor. Had to add a day and was no problem. Breakfast and breakfast staff was top shelf.
