房间有霉味 走廊里有股难闻的气味。

到目前为止，我真的很享受在这家酒店的住宿。

Nhìu lần ctac chọn nơi đây lưu trú . Thấy vô cùng hài lòng . Từ cách chăm sóc hướng dẫn của nhân viên và dịch vụ phòng óc rất okela . Cảm ơn bạn Duyên bô phận lễ tân rất tận tình chu đáo và hướng dẫn takecare . Sẽ quay lại thường xuyên ❤️

Khách sạn 5* nhưng mọi thứ đều tệ, từ vệ sinh phòng, đến thái độ nhân viên. Không bao giờ đặt khách sạn này lần 2. Very bad of hotel. Room no clean. Employee attitude very bad. 雖然是5*級的飯店，但衛生非常差。人員態度也很差， 不會再訂第二次。

Quá tệ, sắp xếp phòng không hợp lý

Nhân viên hồ bơi nói cọc lốc với khách, trong giờ làm việc thì ngồi trong góc bấm điện thoại, còn lại thì đều tốt.

Hotel staff were friendly. Room was clean and tidy. Surrounding not much good food but can take a grab easily to city area to eat.

It was my first time staying and I was skeptical at first of this hotel as it is not on the same price range as Sheraton or other 5 star hotels in downtown District 1, so I kept my expectations low. To my surprise, this hotel is even better than some of the 5 star hotels in D1, unbelievable. The great looking hotel lobby with high ceiling height, the classy interiors, the service, the spotless or clean rooms, the furnishings, the wide corridors, and the service were all top notch. But best of all, the breakfast quality is superb and comparable to breakfasts of Sofitel or Sheraton. The only thing amiss was its location to downtown D1 as it 's a bit far, but you cannot complain as the hotel is competitively priced vs those more expensive 5 star hotels is D1. Highly recommended.

They offer all the facilities that we need: great room equipement with make up miroir, quiet ambiance, very clean swimming pool. Large parking. The TV should has been a smart TV that would be perfect.
