Good in general except that the room is not noise-canceling. You can hear the people talking and watching tv in the room just next to you.

Overall an excellent stay & F&B experience with their restaurant La Cabrera (best steakhouse in Mendoza) & wonderful memory of watching Argentina vs CABO live on big screen at The BAR. All reservations were promptly & swiftly arranged. Would also highly recommend the tour to their HUENTALA Winery, where fine food & wines are available to pre-booking (only). It’s strategic location to nearby parks & souvenirs shopping & other F&B outlets.

Eu e minha esposa gostamos muito a hospedagem, na questão geral do hotel na nossa opinião é excelente, somente não aprovamos em deixar animal ( cachorro) permanecer no salão do café da manhã, agradecemos o tratamento recebido de todos funcionários .

Overall a very nice hotel. Clean, accessible, large rooms and bathrooms and helpful/friendly staff. However, the ground floor bar/restaurant was not good as we ordered a meal and drinks and only my wife's meal arrived and then after several queries a meal arived 75 minutes later but was not what I ordered - basically no English speaking staff.

Tirando o fato de ser nossa lua de mel e termos enviados 3 mensagens ao hotel para avisa-los disto e chegando la, falarmos de novo e sermos ignorados, de resto, excelente.

It wasn’t as clean as other Sheratons we’ve stayed in- the rooms are a little run down… overall a fine stay.
