Check in and out was a breeze, and the staff really made it an enjoyable stay, room was great and quiet.

Another outstanding stay. After a long day of travelling, you cannot believe how happy I was to receive a seamless check in, complete with a smile and welcome back! She was amazing! The room was excellent and absolutely spotless. Great firm and soft pillows, coffee machine A+. Some visitors may be bothered by James St traffic (or early guest departures). Checkout was just as good as checking in - he was friendly, professional and efficient. I do look at other options when staying in Toowoomba but always end up coming back to Platinum.

Check in was easy, great reception team - friendly and efficient, cleaning staff were very friendly. Bed was comfortable room was very large, room service was available, I didn’t use the pool but it was nice and clean a lovely area, even though the hotel is on a main road it is very quiet, my room was at the rear of the complex, I would stay here again
