工作人员很友好，屋顶泳池景色优美。不过房间没有窗户

地理位置优越。还设有补水站。

自助早餐很棒。地理位置优越，靠近食品市场和购物场所。对于在曼谷短暂停留的人来说，这里非常完美。唯一的缺点是我的房间没有窗户。

staff hotel sangat membantu, ketika checkout anak ketinggalan jam tangan, dan kita pindah hotel baru ke ingat, akhirnya kita telpon resepsionis saja konfirmasi ada ketinggalan dan ternyata beneran ada dan kita kembali ke hotel mengambil jam tangan itu. meskipun dengan bahasa kita yang terbatas tapi staff hotel sangat membantu . lain hotel lain kalau bahasa mu susah di mengerti mereka cuek. terimakasih hotel royal. oh ya lokasi sangat strategis depan jalan besar dan langsung keluar sudah street food china town. di atas hotel ada balkon gratis masuk penghuni hotel

พนักงานอัธยาศัยดีทุกคน ตั้งแต่ล้อปบี้ (ชอบมาก) จนถึงพนักงานทำห้อง กระทั่งช่าง (ที่เห็นบังเอิญระหว่างรอลิฟท์) ทุกคนทักทาย ช่วยเหลือ ให้บริการดีมาก ขอเปลี่ยนห้องที่จองไม่มีหน้าต่าง โดยเสียค่าชาร์จเพิ่ม ซึ่งยินดีมาก ทางรร.อัพเกรดห้องให้อย่างดี น้องน่ารักมากค่ะ

Nice hotel for a bangkok trip. Not so close to central (central world, platinum, etc), but chinatown in itself is already an attraction. Located in the middle of chinatown, one of the photogenic street. Very close to MRT. You can walk to pier and ride chao phraya boat to tourist attractions, palace, icon siam, etc. There's a lot of food stalls until late at night (they're very good, although gets monotonous after awhile).

Hard to find vegetarian Restaurants, But locations is good and staff's friendly and room is comfortable to stay everything supplies 👍

The hotel is spacious, clean, ac works well, bathroom clean, staff is helping as well (if they're not overcrowded) sometimes when other guest walks on the corridor we can still hear their voice. In front of hotel is a lots of restaurants and street foods vendor, so it could get over crowded especially during weekends, walks will be difficult, let alone getting grab or taxi. Better commute with train, but if you need to order a grab, prepare some time to wait for it.

Hotel is very friendly and welcome. Chinatown in front of market china town and sampeng market nearby which is a highly recommend

Very good location to the Chinatown food street.

The counter and luggage staffs that attended to us were very friendly and effective. Thanks to the Royal Hotel staffs and management for the upgrade to a Suite for our 1 night stay.
