After paying for their higher price rooms; I later found out unfortunately that it didn't come with any free parking in their facilities and there is an additional facilities fees for using their facilities (swimming pool, etc.) that we didn't need to use it. This was not informed you upfront that they don't have any free parking, only valet parking and their additional facilities fees; until after you already booked your reservation. They informed me about that through their email afterwards, and they will allowed me to cancel my reservation; but they will not able refund my money. Hilton should provide greater transparency in their rooms, clearly outlining the full costs involved upfront to prevent consumers from being misled. I am very unhappy about this outcome, and I am very reluctant to stay at any Hilton Hotel and Resorts in the future.
