This was a convenient location for me. Security on site at night, convenient store across the street, and delicious tacos close by Tauro & Ruiz Cortines. Breakfast was good. Special thanks to front desk for assistance, respectfulness, and fast problem solving. She was patient with a family of 13 ppl.

I stayed for four nights, and unfortunately, the experience didn’t match the high ratings. The room had a persistent musty smell, and four of the outlets didn’t work, which was frustrating. Some of the furniture and fixtures felt worn and almost ready to break, and overall, the property seemed poorly maintained. I didn’t request a room change since I had already unpacked on the first night. Free on-site parking was a plus, but aside from that, the stay was underwhelming. It might be okay for one night, but I wouldn’t recommend it for anything longer.

La alberca está en pésimas condiciones. Las toallas deshilachadas y muy delgadas. Te ponen muy pocas en la habitación. La verdad está muy descuidada. Las habitaciones muy viejas. Pero la comida está rica. Por el momento está la construcción del metro hicimos dos horas de kidzania al hotel.

El personal muy amable y atento, desafortunadamente las obras del metro afectan mucho y se hace demasiado tráfico. El desayuno excelente, la gente del comedor genial. Las instalaciones viejitas, la pantalla ya muy obsoleta y pequeña y la alfombra del pasillo muy mal. Felicito al personal en general por su amabilidad y atención
