位置很方便，出门就有交通工具，不过要安排好时间。环境安静，楼下就是沙滩和海，真的很适合亲子度假。房间很干净，服务很热情，总之有很舒适的入住体验

公寓面積很大，煮食爐具及餐具齊備，還設有獨立洗衣和乾衣機，連住幾天的話，十分舒適。要注意沒有每日清潔服務，要自行把垃圾放到底層停車場收集。室內環境清潔，唯位置界乎沖浪者天堂和Boardbeach中間，有點不方便。

房間很大很舒適，廚房、洗衣乾衣機都齊全，分配到1樓的房間沒有景觀，離市中心有一段距離，交通不太方便

You can go straight to the beach. The apartment is not so bad, free parking, big room. You should clean the room by yourself during 9days. There are just the towel for the beach and pool, yet you can wash them by yourself.

The check-in process after hours needs to be improved. We were locked out and the after hours wall phone in between the two automatic doors was dead. All of the light switches gave substantial electric shocks to my wife and I. Overall the unit is showing every part of its 50+ year age, including the bedroom doorknob that came off while attempting to use the bathroom in the middle of the night (along with most towel rails etc loose). Bedroom fan very noisey, keeping us up through the night. As the building faces east, highly recommend face masks as our room did not have black out curtains etc.

The property was in very clean condition, and in a great location. The staff were always very helpful and respectful. The pool and bbq are clean and in good condition, right on the beach. The beach out the back of the property near the pool and bbq, is crystal clear and the sand clean. Great cooking utentsils and pots and crockery/ cutlery. It is very close to both Cavill Ave and Broadbeach. All in all a wonderful location and property. I will return.

We stayed in cabana 1. It was run down and had many issues requiring maintenance to fix during our stay. Air condition was the big one not working for half our stay. Issues were still unresolved such as broken leg on couch and rear security door lock not working.

I loved the view from the apartment, there was ample space for our family of 4, the kitchen was well equipped for all our needs. Quick walk to beach, amazing location !
