On my first day, the housekeeping team tried to enter the room; on one occasion, they didn't even knock—they just opened the door. The room was clean because I had just checked in. On the second day, however, they never came to clean it. Everything else was very good: the pool was clean and the staff very friendly. The breakfast was simple, with the fresh-brewed coffee machine being a highlight.

Si la habitación en buenas condiciones, pero le falta luz. Lo que no me gustó que la alberca tiene el agua muy fría. El personal muy amable.

Room was dated and air conditioner was super noisy. Bathroom sink did not drain properly. Pool was ok and had been retrofitted with a liner that was damaged. Hotel was kept fairly clean. Great location, staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast had Mexican and western cuisine.
