Very hard to find the place. Navigation does not take you to the hotel.

Every member of staff was super friendly, helpful and always smiling. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here

It is always amazing

Hotel was ok - the restaurant outside the hotel on the property an utter waste of time and money

1. The duvet covers had blood on them. 2. We were locked out of our room because the key card was not working. The staff's override system did not work to restore this. It took more than an hour late at night to get the door open. 3. On Saturday night, again late at night, the hotel fire alarm was activated. It was a false alarm but the staff were unable to switch it off. All the fire doors in the passages closed automatically and there was panic amongst the guest. Even when they returned to their rooms, the alarms were still blaring directly inside their rooms for 40 minutes before it was eventually turned off.

Shopping close -by, nice and quite.Amazing staff they made my stay enjoyable, the best service staff, always willing to help. They will greet you every-morning, nothing is to hard for the staff, its what makes a great holiday, The staff

The pillows are very flat therefore straining your neck. Towels provided were wet. Room service was bad, we requested extra pillows but they were never brought to us

I booked a golf course facing room on Hotels.com and I was not allocated one. I had to request and move after checking in. The staff are not ready at 6h30 when breakfast starts. On 3 mornings we had to wait for breakfast as various items were not yet ready and laid out. Not acceptable for us as we were under time pressure to get going. And, for a business hotel to not be able to order a poached egg is unacceptable. I have never had that at a hotel before.

It was excellent. Sleeper couch needs to be upgraded. Staff were friendly and helpfull

The hotel is situated in avery safe and quiet site ,the staff were very much cooperative and the breakfast 💯 to the point
