High background noise, asking for extra blankets, being refused saying they are busy.

The staff didn’t have a smile face and had no patience to answer customer’s questions. We booked 3 persons’ room, but only had 2 persons stuff(cup, towel etc) in the room. The hotel service is not good. Only I appreciated the Starbucks staff had a smile face and serviced us well.

Good value for your money.

The only issue with this hotel is that its valet only when you want to leave they go get your car but you’re waiting in a long line of people waiting for cars. It’s worse when you return your car it’s so backed up you have a to wait in a line in the street to het your car in. The problem in the evening is there is only one person running the valet. He was doing the best that he could not his fault. Hotel needs to look at more efficient ways to correct the problems with the valet area. For this reason we won’t stay here again.

The room is small, and the chair is frayed.

Wallpaper is falling off the wall. Draws won't stay shut on the cabinet. Tv is smallest I've had in a room

First time. Some minor things were off. I’d stay again.

Great hotel in a not so great area. Lots of homeless around in a city atmosphere but doesn’t seem unsafe.

Heart of downtown. Convenient location!

We stayed her because we were recommended to by our lacrosse team. My 15 year old was upset because the room smelled so badly of marijuana that her clothes wreaked of it which devestated me because that means she was breathing it in all night . The room was changed the next day but all that was offered was a breakfast . I found that insulting based on the position my 15 year old daughter was exposed to

Hotel was fine. AC in room was very noisy. Nice choice of places to eat downtown, better than I remember. although we miss the culinary school restaurant that was there pre-COVID.

It was worth the price.

Run down property and poor customer service. No towels in the room. Rough neighborhood.

Rooms were clean and comfortable. Staff were helpful and took care of our needs.

It was a very nice hotel. I loved the bar/ restaurant on site. The breakfast was very good. I wished the Starbucks stayed open later than 11am. The only downsides were it was absolutely freezing in the lobby, and there was only one microwave in the lobby for the entire hotel. I’ve never seen that before and for that alone I wouldn’t stay here again. We always bring left overs back to the room and nobody wanted to go from the 8th floor all the way to the lobby if we wanted to eat at 1am or whatever time. The staff was great and very friendly though.

Great stay! Staff was wonderful, bartender was very friendly . Bed was so comfortable and water was hot. Room was clean

The location was good and the price right.

It was okay. A place to crash for the night but I wouldn't shower there. Valet is mandatory. Too much money for what it was.
