While the hotel itself is a bit outdated with older carpeting and design, the beds and pillows were comfortable and the bathrooms are clean. Also, what I really appreciate when I travel is the staff and at this hotel the staff (from Vera at the front desk) to others whose name I don’t remember as well as dining staff are the kindest and most helpful folks you’ll meet. The gym and the sauna / steam room (which they call Turkish bath) was such a welcome bonus from hours spent in prayer and reflection. The breakfast is well worth it so definitely sign up for that. I’d definitely stay here again especially if I was taking the Rede bus (like I did this time) because it was literally right around the corner so not too far to lug the luggage. And, not too far to get back and forth to the sanctuary. Enjoy your visit to Fatima!!!

O hotel fica num ponto estratégico para quem quer ir ao Santuário e também rodeado de restaurantes para todos os gostos. Local tranquilo que transmite tudo o que é necessário para estar em Fátima. Colaboradores sem excepção muito atenciosos. Experiência a repetir sem dúvida.

Ótima localização, apenas o estacionamento que é pequeno, principalmente se estiver com um carro maior.

Bel hôtel 4 étoiles avec une jolie boutique Tout le personnel est souriant et agréable Chambre propre, bien décoré sans excès, bonne literie confortable et de qualité, Salle de bain - wc propre, simple avec douche, eau bien chaude avec bonne puissance du jet de douche, produits de douche et shampooing agréables Petit déjeuner buffet avec du choix: salé, sucré, boissons chaudes et froides, céréales, fruits et viennoiseries, confitures, miel… Le restaurant « Amor » propose un buffet pour la demi-pension et une partie « service à table »

The staff at front desk were incredibly helpful, polite and gracious to let us use their umbrellas (a little rainy), the breakfast was delicious and the staff there were always there to help out with our questions and to get us anything we needed The cleaning help were thoughtful and got us an ironing board and iron. The worked hard at their job🙏

They didn't change the sheets the all time of my stay. Just the towels. One staff was very rude to me.
