The room is huge and real clean with the friendly staff

There was a strange smell from the bathroom. And a littlebot noisy as it is located near Lima Street.

距離puno最熱鬧的街區走3分鐘就可以抵達，飯店員工態度良好，給了我們一些餐廳和旅遊行程的建議。房間很舒適，床很大很好睡，熱水也很熱，但後面好像有夜店的樣子，星期六晚上音樂放得很大聲，而且持續到深夜，尤其在浴室裡聽得特別清楚。

Everything is good, and the staff is very helpful. However, the night club near did annoy us during our three-night stay.

櫃台人員很親切，服務很好，還可以免費列印和影印。 房間空間寬敞、清潔舒適、king size雙人床，還有開床服務送兩顆巧克力，每天兩瓶礦泉水免費，冰箱裡的兩瓶coca cola、兩瓶inka cola和兩瓶啤酒都是免費的。 附近就是觀光區，餐廳、旅行社走幾步路就到了，相當便利。 早餐相當豐盛。

Nice hotel, staff are friendly and helpful, the staff helped us arrange day tour and bus tickets to la paz. They put two chocolates at the bed which is really heartful. Also, we thought we might have left behind a camera in the hotel. Hence send a email to the hotel and the Operations Manager Ivan Saettone responsed promptly, though they can't find it, it is highly appreciated. One draw back is the disco / bad downstairs have loud music throughout the night, which is annoying

Lovely staff and a great room

La chambre était très bien très propres, mais ce qui a le plus retenu mon attention, c'est la gentillesse du personnel, je suis arrivé avec une voiture et comme il n'y avait pas de stationnement un gentil messieurs et venu avec moi dans ma voiture pour me montrer ou me stationner.. il avait un parapluie pour le retour a l'hôtel a pied, le resto très bien aussi

Clean room, staff, location

The room was clean, staff were warm, welcoming and helpful, and the breakfast was pretty good.

The room was adequate and the hotel was centrally located with easy access to the main square. Breakfast was a modest buffet beginning at 6 AM with an option to special order. Some fruit was available, which was good. The staff was fantastic and very helpful. However, it was extremely loud outside. People congregated outside the hotel at all hours of the night and were very loud.

Excellent service. Stocked included minibar! Nice breakfast! Great stay!

Good options for breakfast, staff were helpful and friendly (helped us book taxis, etc), bed was huge and comfortable. Blackout blinds helped us sleep. Fridge in the bedroom was useful, and shower was nice and hot. Walking distance to the square was a positive too
