This is my fifth stay, my decision speaks for itself. I received a warm welcome as always. The experience this time is again absolutely flawless in all aspects, including catering, accommodation, housekeeping, facilities, staff etc. What attracted me the most is the seclusion and tranquility of the sandy beach right at the front of the Resort, where you could spend the whole day in a hassle-free style. For food, easy to find outside of the Resort as there are s couple of restaurants on the main road. Having said that, the in-house dining is of an excellent quality. I will definitely be back again.

My fifth stay this time, excellent as always from check-in to check-out covering virtually all aspects including catering, accommodation, services, spa, services etc. I appreciate the size and quality of the beach, where I spent most of time suntanning and swimming. I had a good time, and I do hope and believe that other guests at New Star would find this resort as nice as I do. Definitely the most favourite pick for my future visits to Koh Samui.

This is my third visit, well above average as usual in terms of service and environment. Dining options nearby in Chaweng Noi are less extensive than those in Chaweng, yet if you are beach lover then this is the hotel that you cannot miss. The beach is large with fine sands and crystal-clear water. A must-go place. I received a warm welcome with drinks, coupons and special room setting.

The environment was wonderful with beach right at the front. Located only a few minutes of drive from the city center. Facilities maintenance was good. Room was tidy and comfortable. However, bath tub of our small individual house was at outdoor area where environment was a bit simple and crude with many mosquitoes around. So we had never enjoyed it. Staff were nice and helpful. Breakfast were lovely with various choices and styles.

This resort is the best of the best. This is one second visit to this resort, and my experience is even better than my first visit in last July. I received a warm welcome upon check-in, and was assigned a cottage located at the side of the resort where it is quiet. peaceful and, most importantly, with seaview. The beach is smooth, steps away from my cottage and with gentle slopes and fine sands. Food is well above standard and the resort offered me discounts on meals / drinks which is definitely a plus. Massage, done outdoor by the sea, is of good quality yet offered at an affordable price. Service of the staff in all aspects throughout my three-night stay was excellent and well commended. The only things to improve are the airconditioning and the Wifi connectivity. I could say I had a wonderful and flawless experience and, again, I will definitely recommend this resort to my friends as well as everyone who considers going to Koh Samui for vacation!

第一印象很好的酒店，到处郁郁葱葱像住在大花园里一般。私人沙滩上有免费的小船供客人在海中畅划，虽然沙滩没有查汶的白细，但也算是中上等的海滩。酒店客房较大，整洁干净，早餐丰盛可口，服务周到亲切，在入住前和退房后，酒店大堂有接待室可供客人休息，尤其是退房后可在接待室中冲澡更衣，给退房后无法洗澡的客人解决了问题。但唯一遗憾的是，酒店里居然没有健身房！

New Star酒店给我印象太好了。服务态度一级棒、特别前台的女孩，还有迎宾姜水，房间有迎宾水果；电车随叫随到。早餐品种不多很一般，但是有沙滩、view很不错、可惜没有健身房,希望日后有所改进。

服务员超级热心，服务超级到位，唯一的遗憾就是我们订的海边别墅小木屋，因为临海的没有，给到我们的是在树丛中的（个人建议：如果没有订到海边别墅，那就住豪华大床房，因为大床房格局比较好，价格也便宜）。

This hotel is amazing. Staff are friendly and approachable at all times. I could remember on the first day of my stay, after completing the check-in procedures one of the receptionists accompanied me to walk around the hotel area with indication of the facilities available. I stayed in a cottage which was occupied by only me. The cottage is spacious and kept clean. There is a great variety of food for breakfast at the Lime Restaurant, where I could say the only drawback is occasional presence of flies. Having said that, all dishes are well covered so there should not be any hygienic problems. Regarding the facilities, I mostly appreciate the beach which is clean and accessible by a few steps from my cottage. Staff at the beach is always willing to assist you with everything including the provision of towels and, surprisingly, complimentary drinks and cookies at around 3:30p.m. everyday. Dinner at the Chill Restaurant is also a good option, where you could dine right on the beach under the moonlight. As I would be taking an evening flight on the last day, even though I could not do a late check-out due to the immediate occupation of another guest of my cottage, I was invited to use the common room and the showering facilities to refresh myself after having spent the whole afternoon at the beach. As a whole, I could describe as having a wonderful time there and I will definitely recommend New Star Beach Resort to everyone intending to visit Koh Samui.

This place was absolutely amazing. Our little bungalow was steps away from the beach next to the tilted palm tree next to the ocean. We came at the end of October and it was low season so very few people were around. It made for a very relaxing stay. The pool was great, it was gigantic and an infinity pool that looked out over the ocean. Very relaxing to swim there at night. There are two or three different restaurants at the entrance to the hotel as well as a 7-Eleven. In case you needed to grab anything. The location is kind of far away from nightlife if that's what you're looking for. The beach made up for it though, it was beautiful and warm. Sunrises were amazing. The only downfall to this hotel is the lack of lighting on the pathways. It didn't feel like it was lighted enough with all the steps that are involved. This place is built along a hillside and you will be going up and down a hill to go anywhere. My wife liked it so much she wants to plan our kids future wedding there!

Quite peaceful amazing stuff . Been here few times and always happy to back .

Vi hade det väldigt bra. Vi bodde i beach villan, och den var stor och bra med två fungerande AC (dock högt ljud). Fin terass mot havet och egna reserverade solstolar. Nära till alla faciliteter. Bra massage, ok gym och bra frukost. Lite jobbigt bara med kön till kaffemaskiner och ägg-kocken. Stranden fin, men lite sträv. Inte den finkorniga stranden. Lagom med försäljare, och trevliga. Personalen trevliga för det mesta.

Disappointed with lighting in the room. Although the staff gave us an extra lamp it appears this was the only room missing the chandelier. As a gold member, I would have expected a better room than the one staff gave us especially given our stay was for 5 days. The resort was in a good spot with private beach etc. Needs a bit of a revamp, fresh paint, tidier rooms, better lighting etc.

Bra boende och bra läge. Dock inte så bra frukost och extremt fullt på frukosten varje dag.

Hotellet har mange trapper fra strand til gade nevue, priser i restaurant er dobbelt op på gadeplan. Meget smilende og venlig personale, morgenmad ok.

Perfekt placerat på bästa stranden. Otroligt vänlig personal. Bra läge. Utmärkt frukost.
