Absolutely the best stay we have ever had. The staff was amazing, the room fantastic just an incredible stay.

Normally a hotel like this would be out of my price range but found a very good promotion on Expedia so was happy to give it a try. It is a very nice hotel and great location. The bed and pillows were very comfortable, I really enjoyed my stay here. Note that there are two addresses for this hotel, the Alberni St one is the one that will take you closest to the check in area. Uber drivers were not familiar with it as it goes into the underground parking so you might have to instruct them where to go.

Always, it’s delight staying with the SHANGRI LA, not only does the staff go the extra mile to make you feel comfortable, the surroundings of the hotel and the furnishings are perfect for if you’re trying to get away or staying during a business trip. I would live in the hotel full-time if I could.

It was a great place to stay. Convenient location to downtown shopping and resteraunts. If you're driving use the parking garage location.
