The room was nice but no hot water in the bathroom. I reported it to the desk but they didn’t do anything. A high price for room you could not take a bath in after working outside all day.

Absolutely terrible!! This was the worst stay I have ever had. Elevator is so unsafe! It trapped us on it for about 5 min before finally going down and letting us off. Tried using the call button to get help and it was out of order. When reported to the front desk they stated “it hasn’t killed anyone yet” like it was some funny joke. Will never be back. If 0 stars was a thing, this would be the time I would use it

Could walk to McDonald's

The room was clean the hotel was clean and staff were nice. The breakfast was not good the eggs were powdered eggs and almost soupy, sausage was salty, poor quality of food. There wasn’t enough parking especially when a bus and a pickup pulling a trailer took up parking spaces.

Noisy neighbors and the elevator was sketchy but the staff was nice.

The stay was mediocre, the check out experience was rude and unaccommodating...

Safe and quiet

The rooms are spacious, and clean. Quiet, and safe

It was a very confusing and frustrating experience to get information. Ask the front desk no you have to go through engine.com that you booked through. No I booked through hotels.com. Then on Saturday morning Sarah told me the same thing of who I booked through then gave me that number. Of course they didn’t have my reservation. Then it was the app asking the hotel for the same information I was asking. So why the middle man plus on Friday night I was told by the chat person that the manager was going to email me before check out tomorrow. That didn’t happen and when I asked about the manager she was off that day. So that email never came that day or on Sunday. I was checking out early and didn’t get my questions answered. When I did check out Sarah at the front desk said she could check me out early then she changed it saying she couldn’t it had to be overrode by a manger which the manager was off. I was beyond frustrated. Telling me who I booked through and that was wrong. Telling me a manager was going to email which never happened and that they could check me out early then changed it. Not sure if these people no what they’re doing.

DO NOT STAY HERE. We booked four rooms, all had live roaches. When moved to a new room, the floor was covered in garbage. I confronted front desk very kindly and respectfully. Bri at the front desk was incredibly combative and rude. She refused to let me speak to a manager, ignored Expedia’s call (and even hung up on them when she finally answered), and refused to offer any sort of compensation. The manager, Tina, also refused to speak to me. This hotel is disgusting and the people who work here are incredibly rude. I bet it is because they get so many complaints about the roaches. Don’t stay here. It sucks. Go to the Holiday Inn across the street.

Great location near anything you need. Front desk was helpful and knowledgeable. Several restaurants, Walmart are within walking distance. Great Breakfast selection as well

There were issues with the mini fridge (was not level, so the bureau would not close without lifting the door). There was also a fire in the housekeeping laundry room and smoke and smell of fire permeated the hotel. I still am impressed with the staff and their willingness to assist.

The tv is has a volume max, which is understandable but it is set so low that you cannot hear it at all if there if there is the slightest sound from the AC or anyone else talking. Also, there was no shampoo/soap in the bathroom.

Awesome and friendly staff. Went out of their way to accommodate our needs. Pet friendly and made us feel very comfortable with our boys. HIGHLY RECOMMEND
