客房整潔度比預期低，布拉格推行理有點辛苦

非常棒的環境及位置 服務人員都非常有禮貌

Firstly, the hotel is very well located. Few minutes to the very central of the city. Restaurants and shops are around. The room is big and modern, new and clean. Restaurant down stairs is also a nice place to chill and relax. The breakfast is served from early in the morning to 11pm which surprised me as you will never miss it no matter how late you want to get up. The most valuable thing I would like to highlight is that the all staffs of ICON are very friendly and helpful. There was a lovely staff called Effie (hope I spell her name correctly) that I was impressed by her attitude, knowledge and advice, from introducing the room and city to her answers of all my requests during my stay. She is very outstanding and definitely the best as I have never seen someone as helpful as her. Lastly, spa provided in the hotel is also very nice and offered quite alot discount for hotel guest. I strongly recommend the ICON for everyone, especially for those who dont want to study the travel guide as they can always provide you the best advice and useful information.

地點還蠻好找的，飯店房間空間很大，也很具設計感，重點是幾位服務人員的態度都很親切又熱情，是個讓人感到愉快的一次住宿經驗.......

酒店位置离地铁站有点远，但不难找，酒店工作人员非常热情，主动带我们去房间，讲解各项设施，而且房间里有烧水壶，非常适合中国人。

Perfect location, a few minutes walk to the city center. Convenient airport shuttle service in reasonable price.

We really loved our stay in this hotel! The staff are friendly and helpful. They provided lots of useful tips regarding traveling in Prague! It is located 5 - 8 mins walk from the subway station and about 10 mins walk from the main tourist attractions! We loved the spacious room and comfy beds so much and didn't want to leave!

大致上都蠻好的，離地鐵站很近，離熱門景點（舊城區廣場）也不遠，走路10分鐘可到

地点很好，离地铁站走路不到5分钟，距离中心市政广场也只有15分钟不到路程，精品酒店风格早餐也不错，下次还会再来

Ystävällinen ja avulias henkilökunta, kaikki pyytämämme järjestelyt hoituivat ongelmitta. Loistava sijainti, kadulla useita ravintoloita ja Vaclavan aukiollekin lyhyt kävelymatka.

Das Personal war Nett. Bei uns im Zimmer war leider dir Klimaanlage defekt. & unser Abfluss im Badezimmer war verstopft.

Saknade veganska val på frukost (yoghurt, pålägg, etc). Rummet var lite sliten i visa delar, men ändå rent, bekvämt och tyst.

Everything was wonderful, including the location, the breakfast and the room. What was best however, was the front desk staff. Special mention for Victoria, who went above and beyond, to move me to a bigger room with a nicer view. Also, Chris, who provided with me with a nespresso machine that he brought from his house. And Eddy, who was always helpful and cheerful. I will see you again on my next visit!
