冷氣機非常吵雜、完全停止不了，難以入眠～

The bed was old and uncomfortable, but everything else was excellent. It's time to get a new bed for room 206. Staff were very friendly.

It was clean quiet, and the food was great

Clean, quiet, great food at the restaurant downstairs. Exactly what I needed for my early departure the next day.

Area was industrial because of proximity to airport. But close to airport was what we wanted. Close to Tempe, a which had many options for food and entertainment.

No phone number available on reservation confirmation for shuttle from airport upon arrival. Shower door did not seal so flood on bathroom floor.

The staff was great. The bed wasn’t the most comfortable but it wasn’t bad either. The shuttle to the airport was very convenient. The only complaint i have is that the room was warm, the ac did not work the best so it made it uncomfortable to sleep.

Everything was great, accept the A/C was really loud. I turned it to 78 F and auto so it did not run that much. I was on the 10th floor so maybe it was the AC on the roof that was so loud.

Staff was very friendly. Room was clean and bed was very comfortable. Buffet breakfast was great!! Food was fresh and service was great. Great location close to the airport and the shuttle runs every half hour.

Loved everything except my visit to bar for after dinner drink. I ordered 2 White Russians.they were good. When tge bill came I was charged for a call drink of Tito’s Vodka which I did not ask for. My bill was too much for 2 White Russians. I did not ask for Tito’s as the bill indicated. I called the waiter, abd I do not remember what he said, but he did change the price. I know my vodka brands and I generally order a Tito’s dry martini- but not at this bar .…
