I had multiple flies, a beetle, and a large roach in my room. There was food on the ground outside a lot and I notified staff a couple times without them doing anything over a 24 hour period

Had dead crickets in the floor and my 10 year old daughter found un known pills in the floors.

Anthony the manager was awesome! Friendly, helpful and very accommodating when a small issue came up.

I enjoyed the restaurants within walkng distance.

The hotel lobby was hot, like they were trying to save money on air-conditioning. My room was nearly 90°. I had to turn the air conditioning on low and keep it blasting on low in order to get it cooled off which seem to take three hours even when I got it cooled down it was having trouble keeping up.

The front desk ladies were nice. Super busy! The room was dirty. The floor had not been swept. There was things on the floor which made it obvious it hadn't been. The night stands had not been cleaned. Which made me believe nothing had been cleaned. The sheets were at least clean.

The TV in the room we were assigned to was not working so we transferred to another room. They gave us complimentary breakfast for the inconvenience.

Staff was great but AC out in all common areas for entire week we were there. Room AC worked great but air extremely humid. Refrig in room did not work. Great gym.

Even though this hotel is close to I-35, it is quiet, on a tree-lined street, and has nice parking areas. The bistro is a nice option but check its hours of operation. Several other options for eating within walking distance.

The staff at this hotel were the best I’ve ever experienced at a hotel. They went above and beyond for me and boys the entire stay. It’s one of the best hotel experiences I’ve ever had…

Room was clean. Need new mattress's. All staff was friendly.

We walked into the room and it smelled like mildew. It had clearly been wet and not cleaned. Which is why I woke up with a swollen face. The mildew/mold triggered an allergic reaction. The bathroom was disgusting and the towels were definitely not Marriott quality…unless this company is now in the category as a roach coach hotel. Also…FLIES EVERYWHERE

It was a good stay. We asked for the room to be cleaned twice and it was never cleaned. Disappointed.

The room was really small for a couple, we had no place to put our luggage without stepping over. Breakfast was overpriced, 2 bagels, 2 coffees was $33. Staff at bar really friendly, front desk not so much.
