The villa is very big. The staff is nice and kind, always eager to help. But I think this place needs some maintenance or maybe even renovation. During our stay, 2 of our bedroom's toilets were clogged and were never repaired since. The situation got even worse on the last night, the septic tank water reversely flooded onto our yard causing the stinky smell all over our yard and pool. The breakfast is another part that should get a 1 star. We stayed there for 5 straight nights, and every morning the breakfast menu never changed. Imagine you stay at a place where not too many restaurants and shops nearby and your only choice is the same menu same as yesterday and the day before yesterday which is quite pretty frustrating. Considering the price we paid for the 4 bedroom villa and could only get this kind of quality of service, we would try somewhere else next time.

Stay in sea view balcony villa for 2 nights. First floor is living room, kitchen and swimming pool and second floor is the master bed room. It was very nice. We had dinner in rockpool resturant, the view is very good, yet, the food make us little bit disappointed. The private beach with lots of rocks and the waves is big which is not suitable for swimming. The location is quite good as just 5 mins drive to Chaweng beach and restaurant, 10mins to airport.

The villa was very nice and big. Staffs were nice and helpful. Wifi was not working in the room on the first day of stay but hotel staffs fixed it on the second day. The restaurant was undergoing renovation during our stay so we could only have our meals in the room. Staffs brought in a lot of food for breakfast but I would say the quality was quite bad.

there was no hot water for the first night . room is ok , but i feel a little bit wet . villa design is really good , room size and living room size are good. location is not so good , need to take shuttle or taxi. the service from front desk is really good. it's a pity when we visit there , the swimming pool is under construction.

酒店的这间泳池海景房，适合一大家人的居住。环境不错，泳池也很棒。而且各种配备设施也很齐全，特别是厨房里的用具很齐全。

villa非常大 它每個villa都有最少三間房間一個主人房加兩個客房 如果只訂一房它就會只開放主人房給你. 有廚房 洗衣服 私人泳池 露台等 木地板有些許鞋印畢竟酒店有些歷史了 不過 不影響入面酒店服務員的真誠和親切 我想這酒店留給我最大的印象是那些員工每個都笑容滿面 親切有禮 有效率為你完成所有的要求 下次會和家人小孩子一齊入住 因為真的很適合一家大小. 缺點 設施比較小 只有一間餐廳 沙灘是岩石灘而且浪不小 早餐選擇比較少...

this hotel was recommended by firends, its a really good place, hotel upgraded us to the villa which lived 6 people, its a big hourse to enjoy. Since our flight schedule was 5pm, we asked for check out late til to 3pm, staff wrer easy to communicate and helpful. Restaurant sea view/service/food taste were good enough, price was a bit higher than outside, around 1,000pt for one set dinner. We rent a motorbike to go to Chaweng beach everyday, so not too far to downton.

Leider wurde die Anlage dem Verfall Preis gegeben. Die Villa, die wir hatten war in einem sehr schlechten Zustand. Ungeputzte Fenster, zerrissene Vorhänge, Regenduschen nicht mehr nutzbar, da mit Pflanzen zugewachsen, …. Der Hauptpool ausgelassen, der Strand nicht existent und ungepflegt wie die ganze Anlage

Hotel manager and concierge were fantastic, they couldn't do enough for us. Had a little trouble with the air conditioning, but dealt with quickly and efficiently. Complex and the units are ideal, although in the process of being modernised as some areas looking a little tired in places. Nice and each to get cabs to anywhere on the island.

Es war alles top top aber die Villa 12 die wir hatten war nicht in einem perfekten Zustand, man merkte das das Resort in die Jahre gekommen ist. Das Personal ist ganz höflich und zuvorkommend und bescherten uns einen schönen Urlaub.

The view from our private pool was excellent and all people very friendly.

Leider sind die Villen deutlich in die Jahre gekommen. Die Fliesen im Badezimmer sind teilweise heruntergefallen, und einige Fenster waren defekt. Insgesamt wirkt die Unterkunft renovierungsbedürftig. Zudem gibt es keinen direkten Zugang zum Strand, was in der Beschreibung nicht klar ersichtlich war. Die Lage ist ruhig, aber aufgrund des Zustands der Unterkunft und der fehlenden Strandnähe würde ich sie aktuell nicht weiterempfehlen.

The property is tired but comfortable. It is not suited to small children as there are a few hazards that need attention.

Das Frühstück ist leider nicht wie beschrieben ein „großes Frühstück“. Man kann aus 4 Speisen wählen und der Rest ist selbst zu bezahlen.

It had seen better days :)
