My rate was supposed to include breakfast which is one of the reasons I chose this hotel. I was informed at check in the hotel does not have breakfast.

The staff was very nice and helpful.

The check-in went well. Front desk staff was friendly, explained towel service would be at the front desk and there would be no daily services. What they did not explain nor did we expect would be if things ran out over the weekend it would not be replaced. Examples - coffee creamer and hair conditioner both fairly important in a morning routine! Key cards needed to be replaced multiple times which was common within our group of multiple room. Would not return.

The overall stay was positive. Extra linen and towels are available at the front desk. The staff and housekeeping were very friendly and accommodating.

Smelled stuffy and humid like a heated pool is inside as soon as you walk into the lobby. No breakfast was available per the front desk, but there was a small store inside.

Very bad smell for smoking

The staff was great, friendly and they tried to be commendating but wasn't supplied with all of the right things. No plasticware and no extra towels. There are no coffee makers in the rooms and they don't offer coffee in the lobby. The right had a moody smell to it and they don't clean out straighten up the room during your stay.

The stay was okay the man that checked me in and out was a very rude person

Remote didn’t work. I spent 1.5 hours trying to turn TV on. After turning everything on via the direct tv box I finally discovered the batteries were in the remote control backwards and that’s why I spent my evening trying to get TV to come on. House keeping should make sure everything is in working order before they leave a room.

I don’t even like to leave negative reviews, but they earned this one! Like, where’s the management? I booked the 2 room suite, which I have before. First, the upholstery is peeling off every bar stool and off the desk chair. The room I got this time was total trash! First, I had to shove the door open like it hasn’t been opened in a while. Then, one of the bar stools and the ENTIRE couch was missing. Then, to add insult to injury, there was a freaking bug on the bed! I go to the desk, calm, asked for another room and without asking anything, the guy at the desk gave me a smaller room! That’s not what I paid for! It’s not the company, it’s the owner of this building! The Candlewood in south Richmond is where I ended up going and they are pristine! Avoid this one, and take the 15 minute drive! Trust me!

First got there was greeted. 1st room was not clean, return to deak and they correct it with no question asked nor fussing. Everyone of the staff I saw was very happy. I will return again.

Ok. Older property. Needs renovations. But clean.

I mean it was all right. The bed was uncomfortable. The air seemed did not work wasn’t really clean.

I was fine with the room; the grounds need cleaned up-beer/pop cans, chicken pieces, broken glass, plastic bags, etc. other wise very satisfied

Quiet and Quality

Out dated elevator didn’t work well room service no good and hotel receipt didn’t match the the bill

Room 215 smelled terrible, like cigarettes. The bed broke in the middle of the night. I have attempted to contact the manager several times, who is never available. I would like a full refund.

My stay was amazing in front of the staff was amazing as well!!

It’s very convenient to restaurants and stores.
