Good price hotel for average size room ,including free breakfast ,WiFi, heating . But the breakfast is all the sane every day.

The overall facilities of hotel is fine. We found ear plugs provided in room and understood when hearing people screaming and fighting at mid night on the street.

This hotel was the best hotel I stayed at on my Machu Picchu-Cusco-Puno route. They also responded sincerely to the riots in La Paz. The breakfast was delicious too.

This is a traditional hotel, very clean, but hot water was not smoothly regulated. The water was shut down the very next day at 9 AM to fix the hot water issues. Then why I gave it a 5 stars rating? It is because of the staffs. From checking in, they were friendly and smiling, went out of their ways to help us finding our room. I was sick later that day and they asked how I was doing whenever they met me. When the water was shut, they carried two 5 gallons pails with water to our room. The staff made it like home. If we ever come back to Puno, this is where we will stay.

Voorzieningen zijn goed. Water gratis pakken en in geval van nood is zuurstof aanwezig. Ook vlakbij de hoofdstraat Lima en Plaza de Armas.

직원이 친절했고 , 고산병 때문에 힘들다고 하니 바로 산소를 흡입할 수 있도록 조치를 해줘서 증상을 완화 시킬 수 있었음.

Ontbijt was heerlijk en de kamers luxe. De foto’s geven alleen aan dat er een bad is, maar er is geen badstop. Verder helemaal perfect!
