The room was clean and cozy. The bed size was decent and the bathroom wasn't too small at all which is rare for a 3 stars hotel. The staff was friendly and helpful, the breakfast was delicious too! but lift was too small overall I had a great time staying there and would definately come back to stay there again.

Nice and neat place,not crowded. A bit walk just 5min from JR station, connect to Subway to go anyplace easily. Cozy and comfortable to stay, all staff are very friendly and helpful, feeling of heartful service 👍😊 Thank you for kindness welcome 💛👍

โรงแรมอยู่ใกล้สถานี shin-osaka เดินจากสถานีไปยังโรงแรมประมาณ 4-5 นาที ถือว่าทำเลดีมาก ๆ และข้างโรงแรมมีร้านสะดวกซื้อ Lawson ด้วย อาหารเช้าธรรมดา พนักงานดูแลดี

Dekat dengan stasiun dan banyak makanan di sekitar hotel. Dan ada rumah makan india bagi yang muslim. Dan staf ramah dan suasana hotel seperti di rumah sendiri (homey).

Simple hotel but clean. Simple breakfast but very yummy 😍 I choose Japanese breakfast.

Awesome stay, room clean and also the distance not far from station and we have delicious breakfast.

Though the room is small, it is very neat and clean. Free one bottle of water everyday. The staffs were very attentive and helpful. Two choices of breakfast, Japanese and Western. I chose Japanese and it is delicious. It is quite close to shin osaka Station, around 5-10 minutes walk. Would love to stay here again If I have chance to visit Osaka.

Hotel yang sangat sangat kaku! Pesan single room dengan 2 orang memang tidak boleh, tapi kami ditegur dengan sangat tidak baik! Seperti maling, Harusnya mereka bisa menegur secara baik-baik dan sopan. Itupun juga kami membayar extra charge. Keluar masuk hotel harus titip kunci, kemana-mana kunci harus dititip. Sungguh tidak nyaman. Baru sekali ini saya menginap seperti tidak dipercayii, Menginap di hotel besarpun tidak seperti ini. Mereka fine fine saja. Makanan pun ditekankan sekali bahwa itu cuma satu kali, kami juga tahu kalarana@ eteras eteras enat

Staying here felt like staying at home. Room was very cozy, although small-typical Japan room, but very comfortable. Staff were nice and helpful. Only the breakfast menu option is exactly the same 2 days in a row.
