Nothing fancy but adequate, clean, & maintained. If you just need s stay over, perfect! Pool was no operating. I did miss jelly on the breakfast line, but nicely presented & good.

Need to did the A/C in many of your rooms. They had to move my mother to / different rooms.

Convenient to the highway & even for OU events But the property is in desperate need of updating. It was ok to just drop our bags and go…then come back to sleep

We have stayed at this hotel 4 times, not 1 bad experience. Excellent service, friendly staff and right across from Outback Steakhouse

The property was clean and fairly well lit. However there wasn't enough parking. It is in desperate need of updating. And while it was clean, we had problems with our sink not draining and hair in the tub and towels. Staff was friendly and helpful though

The lighting in the bathroom was filthy! Hotel needs some updates. Picture of the outside of the property is deceiving.

Stayed in room 224. The room was infested with bed bugs that contaminated all of our belongings. The housekeeping never changed the sheets or made the beds during our stay, so the bed bug problem persisted. The most they did was take out the trash and leave towels one day. Other residents on other side of second floor complained of bed bugs during our stay as well, it’s likely the entire floor is infested. Won’t be staying here again.

I was only there for one night but it was very satisfactory.

Hotel is budget friendly, staff were nice and helpful. Just dated, our bedding had holes in the sheets and my daughter was looking forward to swimming but the swimming area is not as nice as the pictures.

Wifi doesn't work in rooms as well as in business office.

Always friendly helpful staff. Everything is always clean. Easy access to i35 makes it perfect if you're going anywhere outside of Norman

Excellent location and friendly staff.

Clean rooms, front desk was friendly, comfy beds! Pool was closed so my little one wasn’t happy about that. But she survived!

At check-in my Choice card didn't work to record my points so clerk kept my card to fix the problem. When I asked for my card back at check out that clerk was so high he could not grasp that I was asking for my Choice card back. So now I don't have a Choice card. I also reported that the carpet in front of the AC was soaked with water and I had thrown a towel down over it and the clerk just blinked at me. So don't think that problem even got reported. Won't be going back to that property.
