great hotel in the small town!

The front desk staff, William and Ronald, were superb helpful as 3 out of 4 were sick. They assisted us getting doctor, delivered water and bread to the room. Helped us on speedy recovery

Hotel location, staffs, cleaningless are good, but quite surprise that high speed WiFi need to pay extra fee.

Hotel simple et efficace dans le centre de Puno. Les lits sont confortables et la salle de bain bien entretenue. Seul bémol, le bruit surtout au 2e étage entre le bruit du restaurant et les murs fins.

It is very basic but okay for couple of nights. Centre was very close.

The location is good, closed to the main square. Staff was very helpful

A very well managed hotel in a great location. Rooms are very quiet and comfortable and staff are very helpful, especially Jose who is always smiling and ready to help. Breakfast is very good too and alway hot tea available all day.

Simple but great stay at Casa Andina, well located in the city center and quickly reachable from the bus terminal. Good service, spacious room, decent breakfast.

Great location for Candelaria festivity. I thoroughly enjoyed the variety of choices offered at breakfast. Additionally, the hotel's location is excellent, as it is within walking distance of the Plaza de Armas and many restaurants. I also truly appreciated the staff, who were very attentive to all of our questions.

This hotel was a much-needed stay! It was so warm and they even have a wood-fired stove in the lounge. Staff was friendly and helpful and rooms were spotless and modern.

Beautiful place, staff friendly and the food is excellent. They have a Oxigen tank and hot tea as needed for the high sickness . Room has an electrical heater and a good pressure of hot water. I am really enjoying this place.
