Staff v good especially in Restaurant -Imogen supported by Evie?

The two adjoining rooms we had in the basement were excellent. The staff we spoke to were very friendly. They sorted the parking which is a nightmare but I think that’s Harrogate in general.

Fried eggs burnt, not as good as a Wetherspoons breakfast.

Quite noisy no aircon and windows didn’t open much. Still a very nice hotel.

We loved our stay in Harrogate at Hotel Du Vin the hotel was great, room was really big and huge comfy bed with a roll top bath, just perfect.

Hotel is very well situated. Great dining and bar area. Staff were amazing and attentive

Great location and staff are helpful and friendly. Room facilities were good. Comfy bed. Lovely cocktails from the bar. Good tea tray with quality products. Parking is very convenient right outside and reasonably priced. The bathroom really needs a shower enclosure as the bath was tricky to step into and the rubber mat is straight from the 70s! The decor was looking a little worn and tired.

Loved our one night stay with the dog! Perfect location for a few bars and restaurants in less then a minute. We’ve visited hotel du vin in Newcastle and have loved both hotels, will definitely be trying other locations!

Great location but made a mistake booking a basement room as the noise from above (constant walking) went on until very late and started very early x

Quite dusty skirting boards - decor in hallways and stairs a little shabby. Service was very friendly and helpful; lovely lounge and restaurant area. Price was good. Very central. Don’t like paying for parking!

A beautiful hotel in Harrogate city centre near to all amenities. All staff very friendly and helpful. Excellent food in the Hotels Bistro. Generally a very good and welcoming atmosphere. Would definitely stay again.

Best location in Harrogate. Very well presented with efficient and friendly reception staff. Easy parking out front for £20. You are immediately amongst the cafes and shops. Extremely comfortable beds

Disappointing with room service. Ordered late night. Ordered bolognese. Told it would be 5 mins. 40 mins later I was inform they didn’t have any, only a sandwich. Waited another 35ms for a sandwich. Total 1hr 15ms for food, but still got charge for it went I checked out. Overall, very poor.
