地點方便，可步行往巴士總站及渡輪碼頭，鄰近超市及餐廳，商店等，非常方便，房間較細，但乾淨，RECEPTION 24小時当值。

The room was neat and cozy. It has easy access to city center.

It was a small but cozy hotel, the single room I lived in was well equipped. The staff were polite and they responded quickly. It was a pleasant experience.

小小的酒店，服務員親切友善。 房間整潔，有提供簡單早餐，唯餐廳地方太小，不足夠容納全部房客在內進餐。

是次旅行於這酒店住了三晚，酒店有四層，有升降機。惟房間較細，不能打開兩個大喼，要移動一下床和椅子才僅僅夠空間。地下大堂設有於18:00-20:00設有免費waffles給住客自己弄，很好玩；還有免費咖啡或茶全日供應。

We have upgraded to apartment, however, while we checked in, we found that one of the other room had no heater and the wifi was weak, only available in dining room! Moreover, while taking bath, there was no hot water suddenly, freezing cold! They then offered us another apartment to take bath! But it was cold to walk to another apartment while snowing! The washing clothes only available in hotel after 1600, it was quite inconvenient!

Great location, walking distance to everything you would want to see/do, the room was much better than I expected, clean and cozy and warm. But overall the staff are what made it exceptional with great recommendations and awesome attitudes!

中心に近く、賑やかな通りに面しています。 コンビニ、港、レストランは徒歩圏内。 いつでも、コーヒー、紅茶が飲めるし、毎日17:00〜セルフのワッフルが食べられます。トッピングして楽しいし、焼きたてはやはり美味しかったです。

Posizione comoda per il centro e per i principali servizi di trasporto. Da curare di più le consizioni delle camere (piastrelle rotte, guarnizioni della rubinetteria molto usurate, lavello molto piccolo). Sarebbe ottimale predisporre una zone per le scarpe così da non bagnare la stanza.
