Lovely hotel with spacious room, comfy bed and clean.

This is an expensive but good option in Stornoway. The staff were extremely helpful with late dinner arrangements which were due to a ferry cancellation.

Really friendly and accommodating staff. Slight mix up with the bill in our favour but we were honest and corrected it for them. Food was good though menu limited if you're staying more than a night or two (We were).

I stayed in premium room. Spacious, clean, modern, with a well stocked mini bar. Great breakfast options and lots of parking. Got chatting with a few members of staff who were very nice and helpful. Overall, great stay.

My trip was very pleasant A young man made it easy to stay another night. It was very accommodating to stay there, and I recommend it!

Rooms were good bed were comfy. All clean. Food is expensive and not a very big range. We also ordered 2 portions of spiced onion rings. It worked out £1per onion ring and they were to spicy for any of us to even eat so they were left nearly untouched..

Hotel is well situated for the town of Stornoway - in house food served to a good standard, good parking etc my only personal criticism- the bed in room 101- mattress issues. other than that it was enjoyable visit.

This is a lovely hotel. It is said to be the best on the island. Food is great. The rooms are comfortable and immaculate. Service is first rate. The manager, Marcus, is charming and informative. I would absolutely stay here again.

Redecorated since last visit and it really is beautiful The huge beds and the new decor really impressed. And the staff are very very helpful.As usual, food is amazing. Room and shower room were clean and modern. The public areas are quite stunning and well maintained. Would never stay anywhere else on Lewis!

Great location. Beautiful Lews castle grounds & museum. We were able to go for early morning walks before breakfast.

Spacious, up to date, quiet. Dinner was ok, perhaps not quite up to some others in the area, but good enough.

We had dinner in the restaurant. It was delicious. The staff was friendly and supportive.
