Poor location, few parking spaces, poor service attitude. The picture shows the actual difference, I do not think I will come back. Would rather choose next to the hotel.

Accommodation Facilities simple and old, no attractions near the hotel's location, including restaurants and shopping malls, and some distance from the city center, but the staff service is commendable, especially good breakfast level.

A great quiet place, close to Milan, Malpensa and the Lakes and some good restaurants in the area.

Uso spesso questo hotel. Pulitissimo, prezzi ragionevoli e personale molto attento e cortese.

Quiet. Good beds. Good air condition.Clean. Only one easy chair in our room. Helpful and friendly staff. Walking distance to city center. So and so breakfast.

A really enjiyabke experience as the staff were so welcoming and there was a warmth about them that woukd maje you want to return

After I checked in, reception called and said I could come for a welcome drink at the bar. After I went out for dinner, I went in to reception and told them that I was going to have my welcome drink. She rang the bartender who was in back. Bartender asked me what I wanted, I chose a beer. She asked for my room number. Upon checking out the next morning, the guy at the desk charged me 4Euro for the beer. I told him they called and offered me a welcome drink. He said beer is not included! Are you kidding me? No one said beer wasn't included while I ordered it as my welcome drink. He said, no, beer is not included as a welcome drink. I was in a hurry, so reluctantly paid the 4E and didn't feel like arguing at 8am. The hostile I stayed at the night before in Milan allowed any mixed drink, beer, juice, coffees, etc as their welcome drink, no exceptions. Very poor showing for the Welcome Hotel...not such a Welcoming service attitude.
