The soundproof of the room is terrible. You can hear anything from your neighbor rooms, even just a talking voice. And according to the page, parking is free, but actually it's only free for 2 hours, that's deception.

飯店與房間皆很乾淨，櫃台與工作人員服務態度亦佳且親切，飯店及房間內設施亦完善，很舒適的感覺，飯店離機場近，步行僅十餘分，飯店亦提供免費機場接送，由於搭早班機，故此飯店是極佳之選擇

饭店离机场走路不远可到，楼下还有台换钱汇率不错的机器可以建议下机来换，房间还算大，但除了沐浴乳及洗发乳，其他像拖鞋、牙刷、刮胡刀等等常态备品都没有喔，有点不太像饭店。

Overall a good stay.

Very thoughtfully designed rooms with lots of space for luggage and plenty of shelving/storage. Many of the reception desk staff tend to be indifferent, but efficient. Breakfast spread is excellent. Our room however was uncomfortablly warm (27⁰C) as the windows don't open and we were told that the A/C system is shut off towards the end of September, regardless of weather conditions - so we had no way to cool the room. I think this is unacceptable in a hotel at this price point. Have stayed here a few times but will consider other options going forward.

Excellent customer service when we arrived. Shuttle to airport was expensive but perfect. The room was lovely and clean.

We had dinner at the property. The gentleman who took and delivered our order we remembered from previous visits . He suggested the special of the evening and a Caesar Salad, both to share. It wad a perfect meal. Service was prompt but unobtrusive. The shuttle worked as promised, departed on time and got us to our terminal promptly. The room was clean and quiet. This is a five-star property.

En general, mi estancia en el hotel fue muy buena. Las instalaciones estaban limpias, el personal fue amable y atento, y la habitación cómoda y funcional. La ubicación es bastante conveniente, especialmente si viajas por avión, ya que está a solo 10-15 minutos caminando del aeropuerto. Esto lo hace perfecto para estancias de conexión o vuelos tempranos. El único detalle a tener en cuenta es que, si necesitas un desayuno tipo box lunch para llevar (por ejemplo, si tu vuelo es muy temprano), debes solicitarlo con al menos un día de anticipación y antes de las 8:00 pm, ya que de lo contrario no podrán prepararlo. Por lo demás, todo excelente.

Chose hotel for location near airport and had laundry facilities, thinking I would have.access to a washing machine. But no, laundry is done by housekeeping and takes 24 hours!
