Remnants from previous tenants. But outside of that spacious room great location and price. Can’t really complain.

Ein kleines Hotel in einem aktiven Viertel, zum Clapham Commons sind es 5 Minuten, perfekt für reinen Spaziergang oder Joggingrunde. Mit der Northern Line ist man in einer halben Stunde im Stadtzentrum. Ich hatte ein ruhiges und sauberes Zimmer, sehr praktisch der Kühlschrank, Wasserkocher und Bügeleisen, und ein zuverlässiges WLAN. Ausgezeichneten Kaffee und Snacks gibt es gegenüber im Lockdown Bakehouse. Ich werde gerne wiederkommen.

Chambre propre. Accès pratique avec métro et des restaurants, cafés a proximité. J'ai bien dormi. Cependant le bruit du métro est gênant.. surprise de l'arrivée. Cependant j'ai tout de même fait un bon séjour. Il ne fallait pas que la chambre soit plus cher.

Advertise free parking BUT has to be booked in advance and isn’t free! Park on side street after 5:30. Duvet doesn’t cover the bed. Uncomfortable stay. Will not be back.

Very clean and I was helped when I couldn't see my lock box! Wrong glasses. Really convenient for me and while there is a little noise its really not bad for the location, and ear plugs were provided!

Location, room, amenities were excellent. But what really stands out are the fabulous, kind, knowledgeable and friendly staff. A great place to stay.

Clear and easy check in instructions, Marius was super accommodating with a last minute early check in request with quick communication. Rooms are great and there’s a fridge as well as tea/coffee making area. Great value for money!

Staff are fantastic, friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Lovely clean room, great amenities and a perfect location for a hotel.

Attended the property and didn’t feel safe. Tried calling the numbers provided and had no answer. Didn’t receive a call back until 8pm, 5hrs since calling. Had to find other accommodation. The staff didn’t want to know about the situation and refused refund.

Comfortable room. Very convenient for our brief period in London. Only problem was the shower room lights did not work.

All good. Bit rumbely from the tube running underneath.

Noisy. We heard tube trains passing under the hotel. Ear plugs were provided which worked but be aware!

Cannot comment on staff as I didn't see anyone during my two night stay. In my room two light bulbs needed replacing, as did the light outside the bedroom door. The shower was very slow to drain and needs sorting. Minor points which I would have mentioned to a receptionist if there had been one. Otherwise all was fine - clean, comfortable and secure. Entry instructions very clear.

Super place to stay in London - easily accessible underground to Central London.

Excellent base for Clapham South tube. Gooe location for Clapham Common. Had a good 3 day stay.
