Great location for beachgoers, with access to the beach and a large spotlessly clean pool., Professional staff at every level.

What a wonderful place! There is plenty of parking, the breakfast is absolutely delicious, and the staff are incredibly kind, welcoming, and always happy to help. The property is surrounded by beautiful nature, with lots of fruit trees and birds singing throughout the day, creating such a peaceful atmosphere. The pool is spotless, spacious, and perfect for relaxing. There are also plenty of shady spots under the trees where you can unwind and enjoy the beautiful surroundings, even on warm days. I only wish I had discovered this place sooner—I would have planned to stay much longer. Highly recommended to anyone looking for a peaceful, relaxing, and memorable stay!

The hotel grounds were absolutely beautiful - a typical Italian villa with amazing lush trees and plants. Excellent breakfast selection each day. Really recommend the restaurant by the sea - the food was outstanding and staff incredibly friendly. Prices are very reasonable. We had to change our room when we first got there because it was dark and a bit cramped for a suite. Our second suite though was amazing. Recommend the suite on 2 levels. Beautiful clean and well maintained pool. I loved the fact you could sit by the sea on a pontoon on loungers and go for a swim without getting sandy. One tip - when you there, request your bags to be taken to the room. If you don’t ask they’ll let you drag them there yourself and it’s quite a walk. When we clicked on to this the service was good. Overall would definitely stay again.

Beautiful hotel with lovely grounds. The garden full of lemon and orange trees. Pool was lovely too, Rosario who looked after everything at the pool was a delight, nothing too much trouble. Unfortunately the rest of the staff weren't particularly friendly which was a shame, especially at breakfast. Overall though we had a great time at this lovely hotel.

Very nice hotel, nice staff.

First of all, the property is really beautiful and it was so nice just walking around the orange and lemon trees. It’s close to the things we wanted to do in Gaeta and I had no problem parking my suv there. The free breakfast is simple, but very nice, the girl working there made amazing cappuccinos! We came in off season so the pool was not open, but plan to return over the summer.

Beautiful hotel staff very friendly specially Liz at the restaurant. Only bad thing was a snail in the shower. It was unpleasant. And the oranges were on the floor making walking dangerous.

Wonderful food and facility. Breakfast was amazing. Not the cheapest place but after being there 10 days the amenities proved worth it.

A fabulous place to stay. Beautiful grounds and a first class restaurant on the property. A great one or two night getaway on the coast if you are staying in Rome for the week.

Staff grumpy. Good breakfast excellent parking. Bathroom needs renovation.

Beautiful hotel! The room was very comfortable for 4 adults. The grounds are very nice to walk around. The breakfast was delicious. Highly recommend this hotel if you are in Gaeta.
