住過不同地方和同類型的度假酒店, 這家給我的感覺是很不錯, 員工友善, 貼心, 可以馬上解決問題! 今次入住的是海邊帶有小按摩池的VILLA. 住宿算得上很不錯! 但由於島上要到外面其他地方走走的話, 唯一是要坐當地的士或者是酒店提供的包車, 價錢也很貴. 一程路也要1,000泰珠, 相等於HK$250, 很貴啊!! 但有些細節位如果可以再改善就更完美了. 就是當我們要坐小快艇離開的時候, 由於有其他客人一起, 大家都會有行李, 上船後並沒有叫大家檢查一次便馬上開船. 當然我相信他們是已經都安排好, 但總會有意外的嗎, 萬一拿錯, 或拿小了怎樣辦? 因為酒店去機場要坐40分鐘的快艇啊!!

the hotel should be better at this price........ there is no WIFI service in the room and mostly weakly in beach area and smell bad in the room especially we got cockroaches...........in our room and just say sorry

这是一次十分愉快的度假经历，酒店除了离轮渡口岸远了一些，其余的一切都是完美的。很适合情侣或新婚蜜月，酒店的工作人员也都很友好并且服务很专业，能够第一时间解决客人的问题。总之，我会毫不犹豫的推荐这家酒店。

交通位置有點偏遠，但是交通至少算很方便，附近有很多小卡車改裝的TAXI，去的時候浪很大，天氣沒有想像中的暖活，所以沒有機會好好享受房間內的私人泳池！這是蠻遺憾的地方！

Nonni and the staff went out of the way to make our stay an incredible memory ! Only problem is they didn’t have vacancy or I would’ve continued the rest of my trip on the island , right here! Seriously top class and top shelf experience

Superbe établissement situé dans une baie calme et paradisiaque

Perfekt zum entspannen. Koh Pha-Ngan hat auch sonst keine relevanten Attraktionen, daher haben wir die Chance genutzt uns in diesem Hotel Perfekt zu entspannen. Die Anlage ist super und lässt keine Wünsche offen, das Personal ist top, fußläufig kann man wesentliche Dinge gut erledigen (Smoothie Bars, Massagen: „Tanaporn“ klare Empfehlung, tolles Essen, selbst Pizza sehr gut). Anantara ist hervorragend, besser geht es aus unserer Sicht nicht!

Beautiful property. Open air bathroom/ Closet concept in the room is awful. A bat came into our bathroom closet area while we were bathing at 2pm. Close off the entrance points to keep critters out please! A gecko with half a tail fell on us in the toilet area.

Awesome location! Perfect luxury hotel. We had rooms with pool and seeview. Just perfection. Breakfast is internal and local food. Taste very good and is always fresh. Special creations can be ordered as well. Free still water will be served at the pool or beach. The bay of the beach is very beautiful with shallow entry into the water and not so high waves. A street with bars, restaurants and shops are just 1m away. The restaurants of the hotel are expensive in the evening. And i don’t understand why sparkling water must come from Italy. That have nothing to do with luxury… that is just stup*** and not environmental friendly.

Magnifique séjour, l’hôtel est exceptionnel , la gentillesse du personnel sans égale. Inutile de prendre un taxi le village juste à côté procure tous les services que l’on aurait envie, massages, cuisine thaï, laverie La plage de l’hôtel est spacieuse le sable doux et beaucoup d’attention du personnel , la piscine juxtapose la plage avec un bar dans l’eau Je vous le conseille repos et dépaysement total

Everything was just perfect. Nicee fisherman’s village in the area and the resort has the most perfect spa.

Alt var utmerket her. Vi gledet oss veldig over en dukkert i det lille bsssenget på balkongen etter å hs vært på stranden. Ekstremt hjelpsom service. Alt helt uten å måtte spørre om noe.

Mooi ecologisch. Service iets minder efficiënt en perfect, maar ligt ook aan het toerisme dat er komt.
