房间很漂亮，宽敞舒适，服务也很友好。

เรียบง่ายไม่วุ่นวายวิวสวยบรรยากาศดี

แม้ว่าคราวนี้จะไม่ค่อยประทับใจ จากการให้บริการเท่าไหร่แต่พอ แม่บ้านมายืนขอโทษแล้วขอโทษอีก ความไม่พอใจก็ลดลงจริงๆครับ ใจเค้าใจเรา งานบริการมีข้อบกพร่องได้ ครับ อยู่ที่การแก้ไขจริงๆ

ชอบมากๆ บรรยากาศดีมาก มอเห็นภูเขาและทะเล ใกล้หาดมากๆ สามารถเดินไปได้เลย ความสะอาดและความสะดวกสบายดีมาก จองไปคืนเดียวเอง จะกลับไปอีกแน่นอนน เลิฟฟฟ

บริการดี แต่ลิฟท์โรงแรมใช้ไม่ได้

วิวดีมากๆๆๆ 460บาทต่อคืน แต่เหมือนทางโรงแรมจะอัพเกรดให้ด้วย คุ้มค่า คุ้มราคา สระว่ายน้ำใหญ่มาก เล่นได้ แต่ยิมยังไม่ได้ พนักงานยิ้มแย้ม อ่างอาบน้ำเก็บน้ำไม่อยู่ อินเตอร์เน็ตพอใช้ได้ ผนังห้องหนาเก็บเสียงดีมาก มาอีกแน่นอน

ชอบมาก เงียบสงบ ราคาดี เหมาะแก่การพักผ่อน พรักงานและแม่บ้านดูแลดีมากค่ะ

Large clean room with pool view. The hotel located on the hill, 5-10 mins walk to the beach. Very limited parking lot (I guess it support not more than 15 cars), couldn’t imagine what it will be during peak season. Air-cond was very noisy all the time. Shower gel & shampoo weren’t refilled everyday, even they ran out. Overall it’s okay.

ทุกอย่างโอเคครับ แต่รูมเซอร์วิสมีการกำหนดเวลา ต้องรอให้ถึงเวลาบริการก่อนถึงจะสั่งได้ วันที่เช็คอินผมหิวมากโทรสั่งรูมเซอร์วิสพนักงานก็แจ้งให้ผมรอ น่าจะขยายเวลา หรือ เป็นไปได้สามารถสั่งได้ตลอดเวลาเลยก็ดีครับ เฉพาะช่วงกลางวันก็ได้ อาหารเช้าโอเค แต่ไม่ค่อยหลากหลาย พนักงานยิ้มแย้มแจ่มใสดีครับ วิวพระอาทิตย์ตกที่โรงแรมสวยมาก

The hotel building outside look like it got some old, I`m expecting it look clean and new. The furniture in hotel room quite old as well. And the location, on hill which make us very pant while walking.

เจ้าหน้าที่จัดห้องไม่ได้ตามความต้องการ จัดห้องที่ต้องเดินผ่านห้องที่รีโนเวต ซึ่งเหม็นสีมาก บริการพวกเซาน่าก็ไม่มีเพราะจะทำการรีโนเวต ขอห้องสงบได้ห้องหน้าลิฟต์

房间宽敞、干净，距离便利店很近。

The staff are very helpful. The room is great.

We chose to stay at Kata to enjoy the days of laziness at peaceful beach and ambiance. Sugar Palm is really a nice choice to embrace the vibe of Kata. It's a well-designed property with a really nice location. As you walk out the hotel, you can find tasty restaurants surrounding the hotel (must try the burger stall across the hotel). You can see the view of Kata Hill along the Kata Sea from its fancy pool. Moreover, our room was really well cleaned each day with fresh towels changed everyday. Breakfast was wonderful but I wished they could add more variations to the fruit salad. The staff was really helpful and friendly. One day my sister got injured and they drive us to a therapist near the hotel. A little drawback was on our last day, when we need to take a bath in early morning (around 5 o'clock), the water system in our bathroom wasn't working at all. So we have to wash ourselves at the lobby's bathroom which was fine. Overall, it was a really pleasant experience to have 5 nights staying at Sugar Palm. I would love to recommend this great hotel to anyone who choose to stay at Kata!
