The hotel's concierge and B2 catering waiters are nice and enthusiastic. But there are some strange situations: 1. For example, when you check in, they will explain in detail the situation of the mini bar, and you will be charged for it. But when I entered the room, I checked the mini bar first and found it was empty? Then I raised this issue with the front desk, and the front desk also expressed doubts as to why it was empty. My question is if I don't raise this issue, will they think we took everything away when we leave and charge us for it? 2. The massage service in L2. I went to L2 around 19:30 on the first night and found no one. I asked the front desk on the 1F and they said they would let L2 contact me, but no one contacted me. The next day around 19:00, I went to the front desk again to ask if no one contacted me yesterday, can I arrange it today? The front desk said that the people in this department had already left work... Until today when I left the hotel, it was still not arranged. Is this also part of the hotel's income? Why does no one care about this business? I have stayed in many Hilton hotels around the world, and this is the first time I have encountered such a situation.

Good hotel, good service

I expected more from a five star hotel, they need to have more attention details. We had a problem with our toilet flooding, and the safe was not working. They move move the study for room and swap the other safe. It would have been nice if the room was checked before we arrived.

I stayed at this hotel for just one night, and it truly exceeded my expectations. The staff and overall service were at an outstanding level. A special mention goes to Kowther, who assisted me in the lobby. Her professionalism, helpfulness, and positive attitude were remarkable. She demonstrated the qualities of someone who deserves to be in a management position. Her service reflects both her own dedication and the strong support and training provided by the leadership team. I also want to recognize the Front Office Manager and her team—they were equally outstanding. Thank you to the entire Hilton Corniche Alexandria team for delivering such a memorable experience. I look forward to returning.

The private beach is closed and the pool was closed when we arrived and until 10am the next day (after we checked out) we were not informed upon checkout and they would not offer any compensation for this even though it was why we booked this hotel. The front desk lady just smirked and laughed when we asked if there was anything they could offer us as all of the free amenities were closed our stay.

The hotel offered a spacious, clean room with comfortable beds and a large bathroom, and the staff are generally friendly and helpful, especially the bellboy and concierge who assisted with transport arrangements. The café downstairs serves nice, affordable snacks and food with a lovely beach view, but room service was mixed. The pasta was fine (random bone in the spaghetti bolognese was off-putting), tiramisu was mid. The gym is small and can feel crowded quickly. The rooftop has beautiful sunset views. The Wi-Fi connection was unreliable, and noise from adjoining rooms and the busy main road made sleeping difficult for a light sleeper like myself. Overall, the hotel has great potential but was let down by practical issues and noise especially as a Hilton brand, so I would consider staying again especially if improvements are made.

It was a very comfortable and enjoyable stay. The sea view made the room even better. Everything was clean; nothing needed to be changed. I had the opportunity to try the breakfast. A wide variety of food and everything was very delicious. Everyone was welcoming and polite; from Mr. Mohammad, on the reception, who was very kind and professional, to the concierge Mr. Ali, made me want to repeat my stay in the same hotel in the future.

This was a strange hotel located on the main road along the corniche in Alexandria. We chose it because it had a beach and an executive lounge. The beach was closed because of construction and in any case is located on the other side of the main road with the craziest traffic. The executive lounge facilities were available in the normal restaurant located in the basement of the building with street access from the main road. The private atmosphere was completely lost. The breakfast and dinner buffets were both very good. We ate in the cafe in the lobby a few times and that was great. There was entertainment in the hotel and there is an ATM. The rooms were fine but there was constant noise from the traffic on the main road which never seemed to stop. We did have a great sea view.

this is my 3rd time staying in this hotel,always the room is not ready checked in at 3pm you need to wait 30 mins to one hr..before you can have your room.aside from this everything is perfect.

Hotel is under heavy construction outside. There is no sound proofing, so could hear traffic and construction all night. Smoking rooms were only available, even though requested non-smoking too.
