Super vue de la chambre avec balcon. Staff de l’hôtel super accueillant et disponible.

Great stay!!!

Très bel hôtel avec un super emplacement sur le vieux port. Nous avions une chambre au 1er étage qui donnait sur le port et nous avons très très mal dormi du fait des nuisances sonores émanants de la rue (bars, installation du marché à 6h, ramassage des poubelles…). En synthèse si vous avez le sommeil léger fuyez les chambres côté port.

Expedia misled me re: location; the property refused a refund (or even partial refund) when the issue was identified. A bad and expensive experience all-around.

Wonderful port and environment

Nice hotel in great location along the water. Excellent pool, lounge area and sauna. Good breakfast. Overall recommend staying here. The hotel is cooled to the same temperature, and thermostat in room is only used to control the fan speed (low, medium, high, auto). If air conditioning is "not working", it was likely shut off at the front desk and you have to ask to have it turned on. Not difficult but something you need to know to do. Housekeeping can be inconsistent, but bed always made, trash emptied and towels replaced if needed. Robes may or may not be provided, and consumables may not be replenished. Requests met though if you ask at front desk. The establishment stays quite busy, and most staff are very friendly and pleasant.

Nous avons effectué un petit séjour de 3 Jours dans cette Hotel. Nous avions le parking très pratique, le petit-déjeuner avec un très grand choix. Le personnels est vraiment à l' écoute de nos demande et son très professionnel. Nous avions une chambre avec balcon et vue sur le port . A recommander sans hésiter.

Parking is unique.

We arrived early from the States and could not check in, but luckily the outdoor pool was beautiful with a gorgeous view. They had cabana beds where we could relax and nap. Unfortunately the hot tub was broken. Check in time was strict for 3. The area is fabulous around the port for eats and drinks. On Sunday AM there was a market. Transportation to Cassis was easy. The ferry was not operating that day due to winds. The room was large and fabulous. The deck was large and relaxing. On the day we were leaving we noticed several items missing from our room. They investigated but we never heard from them again or had the items returned. Other than that, it was a great hotel.

Stayed here 13 years ago when it had just opened and was very pleased to see the property has been well maintained and the service was just as good.

Lovely hotel at the water front overlooking the port. We took a junior suite which has a balcony and is in the shade in the afternoon. Worth the extra cost for us as we were able to relax in the evenings on the balcony. The rooms on the other side of the hotel with the city view would have the sum all afternoon. Rooftop pool was lovely and often empty. Very nice

The location is great. The parking situation is very challenging. The underground parking spaces are VERY small and can cause serious damage to the car in terms of scratches.

the hotel is in an excellent location ands a very good room layout. The facilities are excellent and the staff very helpful so we were pleased with our choice of this hotel. The only issue was a musty damp smell in our room.

Right on the harbor front. Lovely views and walks.
