從機場駕駛到酒店大約十五分鐘 酒店員工好有善同helpful 房間的露台很大，可以直接日光浴 但略嫌房間有點暗 早餐的地點在頂層，對著海景很不錯

Très bon lieu pour faire escale a catane. Il y plusieurs restaurant dont un asiatique très bien dans l’hotel. En face il y a un restaurant qui donne sur la mer dommage que je ne l’ai vu qu’après. L’hotel est de bonne tenu mais avec des chambres de qualité très inégale. La notre était cheap.

The room wasn’t bad, enough space for two guests and the balcony was a nice touch. That’s where the good stuff pretty much ends, the restaurant staff were rather friendly and helpful as was the gent on reception but the hotel is tired and it’s covered up with odd decoration. The rooms are so poorly sound proofed, if you are even close to a light sleeper, you’re not going to enjoy your stay. Also, Friday night, the restaurant / bar in front of the hotel turned into what could only be described as a night club and I didn’t manage to get to sleep till 3am. The breakfast was good, thankfully but I wouldn’t consider returning to this hotel. Admittedly, it’s on the outskirts of Catania city but that is a good thing, Catania isn’t just a little rough and still raw in most places, it’s ugly, heavily littered and smells horrible on every street! Catania desperately needs a rebuild and a government to help them tidy it up in the hope to keep it tidy. Catania is not for the faint hearted of travellers, people aren’t kind or approachable and neither is the city. Traveller be aware, it is not for everyone and this hotel might look great to people who have just been through the city, however, looks are deceiving… it’s not a thorn on a rose bush but it’s not a flower either. I wish you a more pleasant experience if you choose Catania.

Very friendly staff and nothing was too much trouble. Room was a good size and a nice sea view. Room was well sound proofed from outside road noise; it was nice to sit on the balcony in the evening. Parking underground at €10 per night and we used their travel cot for our little one. Approximately 20mins from Catania Airport.

Nettes Personal an der Rezeption, tolles Zimmer mit Meerblick. Die Sitzgelegenheiten vor dem Hotel sind alle kaputt und Auflagen waren auch nicht vorhanden.

Si vas en coche es muy fácil llegar sin pasar por zonas complicadas dentro de la ciudad. En contrapartida está un poco lejos del centro.

At my recent visit to Plaza Hotel Catania, I was truly impressed by the exemplary service provided by the staff. From the moment I walked in, it was clear that customer satisfaction was their top priority.

The hotel is old and dirty. The room is small and the shower didn't drain properly. The walls and windows are thin and you can hear the noises from both inside and outside the hotel. This hotel is far from being a four-stars hotel.

The hotel is very good, very clean. Fantastic view from the breakfast room on the fourth floor. The service is very polite. I appreciate the freshly squeezed orange juice. One thing that surprised me was that when checking out, I was told that I had used the mini bar, which was not true.

Rooms were overheated and very small

Overheated rooms and rude personnel. We got screamed at in Italian because we use an emergency exit to leave the hotel. The signed were all in Italian. Won't stay there again.

Es war alles super!

Great location with free parking underground. The breakfast has great options and food options in the area were also available for other meals.

We only stayed one night (to catch our early flight back to the US). The hotel was immaculate, and the rooms were spacious. The have a very nice restaurant on the 6th floor with excellent food. The staff was fantastic. When they found out we has to leave very early in the morning, they had packed breakfast snack bags waiting for us at the checkout desk.

the room was clean, and modern, the reception were polite and helpful.
