J’avais réservé une chambre avec vue partielle sur l’océan. Malheureusement j’ai eu une chambre très sombre au rez de chaussée avec aucune vue. Les gérants m’ont offert un dédommagement que j’ai apprécié malgré la déception.

Staff were friendly. Rooms were clean, beds were comfortable. Stove top didn't work but that was fixed the next morning. Nice pool for a swim. Travelled with one adult and two teenagers. We thought it was nice.

A little dated, but nice place to stay. Right across from the esplanade. Short drive or a 20 minute walk into the heart of the city. Would stay again.

Really nice room with nice views. Close to shops and can walk to most tourist spots and nice walking along the esplanade. Planes do fly over during the day but didn’t really bother us. Can highly recommend

Pleasant unit well equipped comfortable and roomy

We checked in over the weekend; staff wrote me to inform they aren't at the desk on weekends but sent great detailed information on how to check in. Nice location, quiet and next to a hotel which made for easy pick ups for tours that offered it. There were three of us and we all slept well, enjoyed the view and appreciated having a clean place to come back to. We only got one key, so on the day we split up we had to arrange amongst ourselves who would have the key and ensure they were home so we could be let in. That was easy enough for us to do, but may have asked for a second key if we were staying longer. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you!

Great Communication prior to our stay. Clear instructions on how to enter premises and check in. Two bedroom apartment was spacious for our family of 5, including 3 teenagers. Cooking facilities were in good working order and the full size fridge with freezer was great. Laundry in apartment was very handy for washing and drying towels and was stocked with laundry detergent. One more roll of toilet paper would have been great 😃

Staff very friendly and helpful. Nice views and can walk into Cairns along Esplanade. Bus stop close by outside hospital.

A little further from downtown, but walkable, opposite the Esplanade and near a playground. Lovely pool. Apartment was spacious.

Units good size,Bathrooms not thoroughly clean

(1) Air conditioning did not work properly and did not cool down room adequately. There was a sign on air conditioning switch saying to not turn it down below 24 degrees as it would cause water to leak in through ceiling. It appears this is an ongoing issue. (2) Toilet seat would not stay in up position. (3) Bed sagged in the middle if you rolled towards middle of bed. (4) Apartment had musty smell on entering. Bedroom and apartment were adequate size and location of property was reasonable being on the Esplanade.

Great views from our room on 3rd floor beach from balcony and mountain range from bedroom. Nice staff easy to talk too. The pool area was nice to relax in.

Stayed with our grandkids, great location and outstanding communication from reception. Nothing was too difficult, the room was clean and had everything we needed. Excellent service and very family friendly.

Neighbourhood was a bit run down

A great choice for a four night stay over. Getting a bit tired and in need of some maintenance but overall a good place to stay.

Best stay i ever had in Cairns in my 21 times since 1999. Next year , ll be back there. Its in Cairns North, direct on the Esplanade, to the end. Very nice boardwalk to CBD ( 2km). Nearcby 2 little shopping Center on Sheridon.

Ideal base just out of main CBD, flat picturesque walk to heart of Cairns and it's shops and markets. Very easy access to main highways heading north or south. Close to airport. Onsite management available and very personable. We arrived out of hours, clear instructions given to access unit. Kept informed of any maintainance (upgraded balcony lights). Clean pool, barbecue area, well maintained gardens and site.Everything you need for your stay and good welcome pack to get you started.

No-frills '80s style apartment, with minimal sign of updates since. Our "ocean view" apartment had a rather limited peep of the sea and the only natural light in the completely internal second bedroom, was from shutters between it and the kitchen. Adequate for a short stay, but it wouldn't be our first choice for a return trip.
