Our room looked out over the ocean. It was beautiful. The staff was very helpful in ordering us a cab and helping us get a late night dinner.

We had a wonderful one night stay at this hotel. The hotel is quite well located, a close drive to the heart of Galway, and right on the boardwalk. The rooms were clean, quiet and well appointed. We enjoyed a very nice dinner in The Prom restaurant and a wonderful buffet breakfast the next morning in the hotel's breakfast room. We would definitely stay here again if we find ourselves back in this lovely part of the world.

Had amazing time in this beautiful hotel, in salthill, first thing you notice is the ambience of the place ,the receptionist,friendly and helpful .the room was perfect, very clean and comfortable bed and pillows, view of the sea was stunning. Breakfast was very good, great variety. Luch and dinner was served beautifully and staff very friendly and accommodating. It's mour second stay in this beautiful hotel and even better second time around ,highly recommend this hotel

This hotel is not 4 star quality. The gold velour cover on the bed had a stain on it. Bathroom was missing shampoo. Generally felt dated.

Wonderfully located at Salthill promenade. Staff very friendly and helpful, particularly Peggy on front reception.

Nice restaurant on site, convenient location right on the water. Rooms are in need of an update. Old carpet with tears, looks very worn and sloppy. Out of date furniture.

The location is great! The room was spacious and bed was comfortable. The garden next door is beautiful, dedicated to organ donors.

Why would they offer a room with a balcony if the balcony won't open?

Nice hotel very friendly staff. Gym and pool excellent. Breakfast was very poor. The cooked food was not good. Bacon was as tough as leather and the fried eggs had been cooked hours earlier they were awful.Breakfast ruined the stay

Breakfast buffet was excellent Fabulous leisure centre and a super comfortable bed with high quality bedding. A 4 star property that lives up to its star rating

the room smelled sweat so was moved to another corner room. The room was in chilly side as main bedroom radiator didnt work the car parking is ridiculous - cant get out Pool is nice compulsory swimming caps outdated no soap showers either €5 a night to park if use external booking partners no idea why so I didnt dine in hotel at all !

Room excellent staff wonderful throughout especially Ganash, Pranav and Alice plus others. Super leisurr centre.
