酒店位置位于肯辛顿，离LOCESTOR ROAD 地铁站步行3分钟左右，两个超市（WAITROSE 和TESCO）在地铁站旁。酒店建筑上百年历史。装修的金碧辉煌，房间面积不小，早餐不错。有吸烟房。服务人员都比较热情，彬彬有礼。下次伦敦首选住宿。

離地鐵站不遠，接待及服務人員態度相當好，相當棒，時時微笑並提供旅遊情報，非常熱心；飯店及客房都很美，唯一覺得奇怪的是，客房每日清潔，卻總是不收走使用過的杯子，或者收走後，也不提供新的杯子，有時甚至忘了補充咖啡及糖包等等，覺得遺憾。

Property was ok.. room was an upgrade to a huge suite however... nothing worked in the living room. No TV or phone were operational. Elevator lights were partially out, no internet working the morning we left. Restaurant was empty and no staff any where so we had to walk to a place down the street. The room was over $900 US. It was quite disappointing to say the least.

The hotel is magnificent in decor. The room was immaculate and it has A/C which was much needed due to the heatwave while we were there. Staff was very professional.

Nice hotel in a good area, 2 minute walk from a tube station too. Staff were lovely and allowed us to check in early, room was more than comfortable, only negative was that the bath wouldn’t hold water and constantly drained.

Absolutely gorgeous hotel. Best of old world Britain. Great.

Detta är kanske det elegantaste hotell jag upplevt i London - och därmed det mest prisvärda. Eftersom varken jag eller hustrun äter något före lunch kan vi inte uttala oss om frukosten. Dock finns en liten randanmärkning. När vi kom upp på rummet hade batteriet till kassaskåpet gått ut. Inte heller fick vi TV-apparaten att fungera. Ett telefonsamtal till receptionen löste dock det hela. Vänner till oss som bebodde ett annat rum gjorde samma erfarenheter - men vi var överens om att personalen var snabb med att åtgärda felen och var överhuvud taget så hjälpsamma och tillmötesgående. Kanske skulle man se över sina underhållsrutiner? Sammanfattningsvis en femstjärnig upplevelse om man har ett tolerant sinnelag!

This is a lovely Grande Dame property - lots of marble and ornate gold fittings - with lovely spacious rooms, but overall for a relatively expensive 5* hotel (I stay in hotels around this area often) we felt it could do with a bit of TLC. The telephone in the room was not working, the shower delivered only scalding hot water, and there was no plug in the bathtub, and the a/c humming was quite loud throughout the night. Very helpful and friendly staff though.

The staff were very helpful and could not do enough. The hotel is beautiful, in a great location and wish I had stayed for longer than one night.

All around great

The Bentley is always is an easy choice for us, the attractive building and interiors are luxurious and the bedrooms and bathrooms we've had were comfortable and spacious. The location to food and transport is perfect for getting around London.

Great room, and there was a language barrier as most of the staff were from India and had heavy accents.

The hotel is extraordinary

The room was spacious, clean and the amenities were ok. The only aspect that let the room down was the mattress was quite hard. Other than that my second stay at the Bentley was brilliant. A small refurb would make it spectacular! Staff were very friendly and always available to help.

Booked this property as it looked gorgeous on photos but unfortunately that "old England money" look was rather lack lustre. The property is very dated with low lighting which gives it a dreary feel from entrance. The room we had was the blue room and while wonderfully spacious it felt incredibly dated rather than elegant like shown in the photos. Beyond aesthetic, the room was not properly clean. The headboard/lack of it was just a wall, had horrible staining on, if we had more time I would have gone to reception and asked to change rooms as it was revolting. Also then the bedspread had a black stain on, not appealing. The bathroom was clean but really needs brightening up. Overall was a shame as for the price I was expecting 5 star but I would place this at a 4 star at best.
