Will visit again

我趕早班車，所以提前一天請飯店員工幫忙準備早餐盒，可以直接帶到車上吃，相當方便。但吹風機壞了，還有我房間內的蓮蓬頭塑膠有點剝落，會割手，有小扣分。

酒店隔離VR車站約10分鐘路程，因為地面積雪，拖行李頗吃力。職員十分友善，我們早上10時已到達，原打算放下行李便去參觀雪堡，但職員主動提出如我們不介意雙床房(原訂了一張雙人床的房間)，可即時給我們房間，接受後才發現還是行政樓層的房間，所以總括來說很滿意。

酒店早餐不俗。房間舒適。只住一晚但之後要坐22:40的通宵火車，希望late checkout但沒有空房，職員表示抱歉但邀請我在酒店的公眾範圍休息。Lobby和各層也有梳化休息。 也在酒店的餐廳享用晚餐，很好吃， 值那個價 從巴士站走過去大約10分鐘， 不過很好找

The hotel is very clean and comfort. They arrange us to stay in a big room with a great view. The location is good, very close to anything. And the staff is so kind. We really like the stay.

離火車站不近，需十五分鐘腳程，拿着行李頗辛苦。但酒店免費提升至business room， 房間頗大，亦舒適。缺點：電視需收費才可觀看。

Old style hotel, the breakfast is good with smoke salmon. The room is comfortable but the fridge doesn't work.

lobby staff are nice and helpful restaurant staff is rude and impolite (when we try to take a small bottle of hot water away after having the breakfast, the staff shouted but we didn't aware that she was shouting at us, so we didn't stop taking the hot water. then, she shouted us again and warn us that it was charged if we take the hot water from the restaurant and asked us impolitelying whether we understand. we then, shopped to take but she was still rude to us) totally unacceptable experience :(

Breakfast was good

The staff is very nice and helpful. She helped us to book the taxi for next day's visit to icebreaker. She also helped arranging sauna although we arrived later than its opening hours.

The staff is good. Hotel is very old. The old gate elevator is looked like dangerous. The room full of disgusting smell, I asked my other friend in other room, it was the same smell. The toilet smell made me uncomfortable.

Stayed in 2 hotels at Kami due schedule replan. This hotel was just 2 old and make everything seemed dirty. However, the reception ladies were very helpful and friendly! The best kind of receptionist in my 12 days trip!
