As noted elsewhere the property is under construction, so no lobby, no dining area, no pool, but they discount the rate for that. The staff went out of their way to go to the store and buy us herb tea that we only asked for jokingly.

Under construction

We were fixing our bathroom and we needed to say just one night. On website, it had indoor pool and hot tub. My kid would love to enjoy the pool. When we arrived, the entire hotel was under constructions. construction waste and debris everywhere. Of course the pool is closed. I didn't see anywhere indicating the hotel was under construction. We needed some water and we called the front desk. The phone was not working. I went to the front desk and ask for water. They said they don't have any water in hotel. Really?? So I had to drive to closest gas station to buy the water. I would never go back to this hotel.

I'm really disappointed the pictures they have on do not match a hotel. It is under construction. The pool doesn't work. The whole hotel is upside down. Dirt is everywhere. My room was dirty. We had to book somewhere else. We couldn't even stay there. They wouldn't even give me my money back. My lights didn't work in my room. My shower didn't get hot water. my TV did not work. The air conditioning did not work. This place is so unsafe. I do not understand how this place is still open. Do not ever stay there this was my first worst hotel ever in my life. I was so disappointed. I had to move my family at 7 o'clock at night and find a new hotel. They really need to update the pictures.

I don't recommend staying here. No where in the description does it say that there is a ton of construction going on. Theres barely an entrance. The front desk wasnt very pleasant. We got into the room and it was gross. Hair on the toilet, blood spots in the toilet, and blood on the door. There was something about using your key card to turn the power on in the room? the AC wasnt working so we had to go down and she told us we had to fully reset it. We were woken up at 8 am to hammering by our door. No continental breakfast. Housekeeping wasnt very friendly. All in all it felt very uncomfortable being there.

Under renovation, but, they worked around it..

staff was never present when we needed them, stayed for three nights and had to replace the keys twice because it would stop working, lights kept flickering, poor management, would not recommend.

Overall was clean. But very limited hot water in shower. I will stay there in the future

I love that they are doing construction to update the hotel into a Marriott. The lady at the front desk was excellent. She had wonderful customer service!

Hello Year 1999 Internet! Beyond SLOW and constantly disconnecting - I may have lost 1 year from my life trying to download an 8 min low res video in about 7 hours!!! Called front desk and she was saying maybe because they are at full capacity ! Yeah right half the hotel is under construction and parking lot is empty! Room was clean and new but otherwise everything else down for construction.

Rooms are fine, all of the construction is not a pretty site!

Under construction it's insulting and should be illegal to be open.

Basically stole my money because I didn’t stay your site did not inform me of renovations in progress and it was not safe to even check in. Worst experience thus far
