Location is far. The reception for checking in was not in welcome mood. We booked 3 persons room. It's not bad, clean and nice view. But the towel handle is broken. NO kettle is provided😟 and the fridge is broken down. Another reception came (luckily the checked-in one is off duty) to checking. David upgraded us to the suite room after our negotiation. It was much better although there is one socket is out of order, there are plenty sockets to use. But we couldn't go to swimming due to the problems delay, the pool is closed. David is nice and very helpful. Beware there is no kettle provided on normal room. The lobby is nice. There is a big supermarket nearby but closed on Sunday.

Great hotel, lovely room. Perfect!

This hotel was perfect! I had the room with a balcony and a bathtub and I loved it. However it is at least 30-45 minutes outside the city of Madrid where all the main attractions are so keep that in mind!

Did not like

The room had underwear left from a guest in the drawer, the carpet and the fridge were dirty. There wasnt a tea pot or coffee machine in the room to have some tea. The toilet paper was the cheapest and roughest you can find

Convenient location, parking and friendly staff

We had alot of ants in our room. It was very loud and noises morning and night specially from cleaning it felt like they breaking things in our room. Also they lied about their destination timing on expedia. Also not even free drinkable water service never had that in any of my stays anywhere. Water should be common thing for free at least provided by a hotel. Alot of other things so i just dont recommend it and im not coming back here for sure!

Personal agradable, hotel limpio, muy cerca del centro de Alcalá, accesible con coche y dispone de parking

Excelente pero a falta de frigorífico en la habitación nos a custado un poco ya teníamos que beber agua caliente del grifo con el calor que hacía.

No me ofrecieron la bebida incluida, el parking lo pagué en el acto pero me hiceron esperar al dia siguiente para el ticket

Staff was great, friendly and attentive.

Great and safe location within walking distance for everything even train station. Suitable for long stays with many suitcases.

Pool area estaba cerrada y no se podía disfrutar de la vista y el bar

Hotel molto comodo per chi soggiorna ad Alcala'. Dal centro di Madrid si deve prendere taxi (costo medio euro 40). Si può raggiungere madrid anche in treno, ma risulta complicato soprattutto con bambini: dall'hotel alla stazione di alcalà sono 20-25 minuti a piedi e poi con 3,40 a persona in trenta minuti si arriva alla stazione centrale di Madrid. Hotel consigliato per pulizia, colazione e confort ma non comodo al centro di Madrid.
