正如之前提到的，他们没有24小时前台，酒店信息需要更新。我们早上6点到酒店，前台前的等候区非常狭小，非常冷。如果我们不能提前入住，这倒也没什么问题。不过，请把大堂布置得更舒适一些。 我预订了两间房，但917房间的暖气坏了，虽然我们开了一整天，但房间里仍然感觉很冷。第二间房没有问题。 第二天，紧急警报响了。所有客人都从紧急楼梯下来。我和我78岁的母亲一起入住。值班人员只解释说，有人按了紧急按钮，他们会查看闭路电视。客人的安全保障在哪里？ 尽管地理位置优越，但我不建议住在这里，最好预订同一地区其他条件更好的酒店。

总的来说，我很享受住在这家酒店。价格和收益平衡。没觉得有什么损失，位置好，干净，房间设施和公共设施都很齐全。

Really nice place, the Hotel itself located near the city center

This amazing price in the center of Melbourne, everyone knew that Mercure always clean. The most important thing is we don't need too much effort for eat. All around the hotel are nice restaurants. Highly recommended!

The location of hotel is close to nearby city interest places

Cukup dekat dengan Melbourne Center, Queen Victoria Market, dan State Library Victoria. Mudah mencari tempat makan dan ngopi-ngopi.

Just so much sound surrounding even from above have been hear many foot steps.

Comfy room, very near to city

Ada dapur buat masak, laundry cuma 7 dollar buat cuci+kering dan ada di tiap lantai. Lantai karpet, AC oke, staff oke. Ada 100$ deposit pakai kartu kredit dan paspor di foto dari awal. Kebersihan agak kurang karena masih ada kotoran di karpet dan telepon kamar debuan selama 1 minggu. Tempat oke, dekat Queen Victoria Market, tempat makan dan beli-beli barang murah di sana. Exhaust fan di kamar mandi nyala 24 jam meskipun listrik mati dan agak kotor. Lift jadul suka bunyi-bunyi

The staff were very friendly and the locations of the hotel itself so easy to access to melbourne CBD.

The location is good near victoria market.

Scary, small lobby, dark hallways, bankrupt restaurant on the 9th floor, but overall it's worth the price and they actually clean the room and great location. Got it for $120 a night.

Room, bed, and towels are very clean. We were able to check in before time hence free us from luggages when leaving for lunch. The hotel is strategically located near Queen Victoria Market, Tram routes, other interesting places to visit, and plenty of restaurants within walking distance. Fast process for Check in and check out.
