Hotel is near milan cathedral , and shopping center , front desk staff is nice , but no heat in the room ,no breakfast included , and shower head is really aweful , has mold on it, I didn't take shower , very disgusting !!! I can't believe it .

A little disappointed by the quality of the property as it was a little outdated and the linens not fully clean. I stayed for one night and though it was adequate i have paid the same amount for better quality in Milan city centre. Pros: staff were helpful, the breakfast was simple but good, the air con was quiet. Adequate for one night

The place overall is great, unfortunately for us there was a few issues. The room we stayed in was quite small very odd shaped room. The first night we got to our room the air conditioner didn't work. Seems it was a problem for many others as a few guests were in the lobby as well. The manager for the night left early and didn't seem to care to fix the problem. Then their elevator broke for two days. Then the AC got fixed, but the 2nd night it leaked all night actually damaging some of our clothing as it leaked all over it all night. I don't feel they were the best at customer service. I wouldn't stay here again.

Good location, fantastic breakfast, nice room. Fire alarm went off twice in the early morning while we were there and young guy at reception not helpful. Other staff fabulous.

Hotel lindo, super confortável, limpo e bem localizado. A partir dali, é possível fazer tudo a pé, além de possuir estações de metrô próximas em caso de necessidade para deslocamentos maiores. Equipe prestativa e simpática. Pena ter estado tão brevemente, mas pretendo voltar em uma nova oportunidade em Milão! Obrigada!

Wonderful location

A high end experience! Staff was extremely polite and helpfull, friendly and attentive, no need to ask, service had been done already, luggage was brought up after storage… good tips, great and wide choice of breakfast Details made the (small but efficient) room feel very delicately designed: dark lining in the bed linnens, embroidered towels, complementary earplugs and toothpaste, a fully equiped minibar, built in tv, small details but a very high standard. I will defenitely be back!
